This can be due to 2 reasons. Blocks in your brain causing paralysis of the muscles. Other reason can be due to a muscle tear which causes inability to lift your shoulder. Did you injure your shoulder anytime in the past?

You have desk job but world protocol advocates atleast walking 10000 steps per day. Yoga ,meditation can help you. Avoid junk, fried, chinese food, chuttneys, small frequent meals 4 to 5 times per day. Chew properly, not hastily without talking. Which canhelp in IBS also. Jupiros 10 can be taken along with other medicines. Consult for long term relief.

Do knee & upper limb exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. No need of cervical traction hereafter. Just relax your neck muscles. And keep icing for your neck and shoulder muscles and do stretches. Try avoid very thin or very thick pillows use exact height of pillows so as to accommodate your neck contour. It will be cured surely

I have full body pain, headache and back pain. Since last one week so please give me free advise to treat my body pain.
This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. You can do hot water steaming for headache and for body pain you can take bath in hot water.
