Dear, you might be suffering from plantar fascitis or calcaneal spur. Dip your foot in salted lukewarm water for 20 min in the morning. Do ankle and toe movements regularly while sitting for long time and before you get up from your bed. Do ankle and foot exercises. Keep a check on your body weight and avoid long standing. Take care.

Dear, if you have neuro problem in your left leg then see your neuro physician and get the lumbar mri done to rule out any nerve complications. Till then do back stretching and strengthening exercise. Avoid sitting for long in single position. Take care.

I have regularly doing gym workout s. I have small projection muscle in my right hand knee. But no pain is there. If suppose I am not doing workouts it will disappear, it looks hard now and no pain, please help me what to do.

Dear they are supposed to be ganglion cyst. They are harmless as long as they are not painfull. If it is too big and looks cosmetically odd then you can go for surgical removal of it. Otherwise they jus dissappear themselves take care.

Dear, this is quite common after delivery. Do back strengthening exercises and stretching exercises. Mantain your proper posture in sitting and standing and sleeping. Apply hot packs if you have any severe pain take care.

I'm 57yrs old suffering from knee pain from past 1 months occurs during walking and climbing staircase.No problem while sitting or just standing. I got operated thigh bone due to fracture because of which couldn't walk properly from past 4 months. I vistied doctors in my place. They suggested for x-ray and then doctor advised due to not walking much. The knee bone has been degenerated. Only solution is to walk more. I am doing so but no improvement. Could you please suggest any alternative medicine I can try.

Dear you can aproach physiotherapist. He will help you in relieving pain and teach you knee strengthening exercises. You should also change your life style like avoid knee bending more the 90*, avoid squatting, sitting down, use western style for toilets. Avoid stair climbing. Dear according to your height your weight should be between 60-63. Your just over weight. Go for jogging/swimming/aerobic exercises. Control your diet by avoiding junk/sweets/oily substances. Consult your dietitian for proper diet chart. Take care.
