At the time of sleep there is some irritations felt in the sinuses and hence it is a body defense mechanism to relieve itself by sneeze.

Last week I had whole abdominal Ultrasound but I consumed tea and few biscuits an hour before .does it effects my ultrasound report because reports came Normal. I did ultrasound to confirm whether m pregnant or not .after I had sex four months ago m having periods every month​ but they are short and light .I beta hcg and urine test both are negative. Yesterday I had urine again .it shows negative again but my stomach is increasing it's now 30 inches. Whereas I was flat and slim Earlier.

Eating will not affect on your scan report. If your urine test and serum test for pregnancy is negative then your increasing abdomen is due to fatness. And if you have decreased flow during your periods then you rule out that you are suffering with hypo thyroid. By thyroid profile it Wil help in either your less flow grownup obesity.

Hello, take homoeopathic medicines 1.Acid Phos 30 ( 4 drops in little amount of water) every morning empty stomach only one dose in a day for 15 days. 2.Weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little amount of water) twice a day for 15 days and update with the feedback. Apply jobarandi hair oil. *Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *Eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *Avoid stress and anger. *Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *Take a sound sleep.
