For weight gain proper nutrition is a must. 1) you can start including more milk, cow ghee, fruits & vegetables in your diet. 2) stop eating junk & processed food. 3) make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee. 4) eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night. 5) boost up your apettite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins.

Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day. Go for 45 minute brisk walk daily

Hi. I have seen your ht & wt. So your bmi is 16.61 which is lower than range/normal level. So go for proper meal planning, quality nutrititve foods mainly carbohydrate like rice 200gm & roti or more cereals. Take good animal protiens.& fat not junk or out side foods. Take a diet chart.

1.It could be a tension headache due to stress, strain or migraine. 2.Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, take adequate sleep for 7-8 hours daily 3.Go for regular exercise 4.Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5.Check for refractive error, sinusitis Hemoglobin, BP 6. Consult Neurologist to rule out other causes of headache 7. consult for further advice

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal...you can take my 'obesity treatment package' which is available on lybrate in health packages

The contact of soap and skin is minimal. To remove tan any medication used should be in contact with skin for optimum time.

Alcohol is a high calorie beverage. While drinking alcohol may not bloat you up, and giving it up alone may not transform your body, studies indicate that alcohol intake may hamper the weight-loss process in a number of ways. Moderate alcohol consumption increases caloric intake and the appetite, according to a 2005 study published in Critical Reviews in Clinical Laboratory Sciences. We often hear the term “beer belly”. It is self-explanatory – drinking beer results in abdominal fat accumulation. Not only is this counterproductive to weight-loss efforts, abdominal fat is a high-risk factor for heart disease. It is also the hardest kind of fat to get rid of. Out of 148 subjects who regularly drank alcohol (especially beer), 50 percent were either obese or overweight, according to a 2009 study published in The International Journal of Nutrition and Wellness.

there is in ayurveda mention pinda swed ..it is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner .. 1.boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2.apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night .. by doing above thing you will get good result

Dear avoid oily and junk food take sleep properly and on time try to live a stress free life avoid harmful bathing soaps and face pack also use multani mitti chandan powder haldi besan gulab jal and cucumber for apply on face that will control your oil balance and definitely you got a bright and glowing face after regular use.

Avoid heavy food items, day sleep, milk and bakery products, sweets, have regular moderate exercise. 1- devdarvyarishta 15 ml + rohitakarishta 15 ml after food twice in a day with water 2- oat bran like bagrrys or any other brand 20 gm may be mixed in wheat aata while preparing rotis and such rotis are to be consumed daily 3- arogyavardhini vati 500 mg one in morning in empty stomach with water record weight before and after every month and report.

For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. Follow up after 1week... Drink plenty of fluids.. Avoid constipation...

Yes, definitely it is possible. Drink warm water with lemon and honey added to it in morning empty stomach. And then do not eat or drink anything till next half hour. This burns the excess of fats of the body. And then do yoga or brisk walking. This will also help you a lot. All the best :) Take care :)

Hello. Take homoeopathic medicine sulphur 30 (3 drops once a day in mrng time) echinacea 30 (3 drops three times a day) do not take anything half an hr before and after the medicines. During bathing add some neem leaves in bucket and bath with that water. Wear cotton clothes and loose clothes. Drink lots of water. Avoid outside food. Eat healthy stay healthy.

Hello, if weight gain is occurring due to hypothyroidism, then controlling that condition is very important, because if hypothyroidism is not in check, efforts reduce weight will not succeed. So it is essential to bring tsh levels between 3 to 4 milli units/l, then only efforts to reduce weight will show result. Once tsh level is low enough and you are on a balanced restricted diet and regular exercise for more than 1 hour a day, then weight reduction is possible.

For Healthy skin- • Eat citrus fruits everyday or drink a glass of lemon water. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily. • Apply or rub one teaspoon of honey on your face and leave it for 30 minutes , and then wash off it. Honey is best moisturiser. • You can use two teaspoons of milk with two teaspoons of honey and a pinch of sugar mix it and apply it for 10 minutes on your face and then wash off it. • You can apply aloevera gel on your face. It will smooth your skin . • Use moisturizer contain Vitamin E Or take two capsules of vitamin E (cap Evion ),open it and squeeze out their liquid on your palm or directly mix it with cream or moisturizer you have and apply daily on it on your face at night daily.

There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium can worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Use home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days.
