For weight gain, -Eat more calories than your body burns. -Eat lots of foods that are calorie-dense. You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Instead eat home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat a protein rich breakfast every morning. According to your age weight is little more. You should reduce your weight atleast 5-6 kgs so that it will be Proper BMI. For that you should take proper diet as well as proper exercise will help you to reduce weight. Little change in your lifestyle will lead you towards healthy life and help you in prevention of diseases. As its said prevention is better than cure.

Keep your TSH around 2.5. Exercise regularly. Keep yourself physically active. Stick to low calory low fat high fibre diet.

Brisk walking gor 45 min-1 hour at a strech is necessary. Also need to know your medical parameters so can guide you properly. Weight loss can be achieved either by eating fewer calories or by burning more calories with physical activity, preferably both. Healthy weight loss program consists of reasonable, realistic weight loss goal and reduced calorie, nutritionally-balanced eating plan. Follow few tips and contact dietitan for further weight loss: Eat a high-protein breakfast. Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. Drink water a half hour before meals. Choose weight loss-friendly foods (see list. Eat soluble fiber. Drink coffee or tea. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods. Eat your food slowly.
