One month ago, I got anal lump. It was big before. And was hurting while walking. And had blood in stool too. But now it became small. And sometime I found mucous in stool too. Is it anal cancer or something else?

If it was anal cancer then the pain had been too severe and bleeding profuse.. And it will not decrease by its own... So I don't think it is cancer.. It can be piles or prolapse rectum or fistula.. You can consult with details for proper Homoeopathic treatment..

I am 21 years old Male. I have thyroid problem. Today I went for test. In blood test, the result is 24.3 of TSH test. What does it mean? M I alright? Or not? Can it be cure with homeopathy?

MD- Homoeopathy
Homeopath,
A TSH level of 24.3 indicates you are suffering from hypothyroidism that is your thyroid gland is functioning slower than normal. You have mentioned that you are on medication I.e.thyrox how many mcg is the tablet? Yes homoeopathic medicines are useful in hypothyroidism. Avoid diet rich in cauliflower, cabbage or broccoli as it interferes with your gland function. Also increase your protein intake in form of sprouts, Dals etc.

Whenever I go to the toilet to dump a stool, blood comes out in small amounts but no pain. Should I be worried?

Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery, MS - General Surgery, MBBS, FICS
General Surgeon, Delhi
Don't worry. It looks like your source of bleeding could be piles. You must avoid constipation at all costs. Take plenty of fruits, fibre rich diet and fluids. Avoid non-veg, spicy and fried food. If the problem continues, please consult some surgeon in person and have yourself examined. Thanks.

I am a 22 years old female and having thyroid problem from last 6 months. What should I do?
Take diet for hypothyroidism:- high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread, Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, Avoid few foods in hypothroidism i.e. caffeine products tea, coffee, tabcco, alcohol / wine , kale, broccoli, spinach, mustard green, cabbage, turnip, millet, cassava, linseeds, pine nuts, soy products as soy milk, tofu, soybeans, soy souce, also avoid stress.
