I am 26 year old and back pain is there from last two years. Leg pain is there from last two months. Weakness is there.

Backache is the commonest ailment. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days caldikind plus (mankind) 1 tab odx10days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don? t ignore, lest it becomes starting point of a major problem.

While asleep at night, when I wake up in morning or middle of night - I get pins and needles on my right hand I am sleeping upright ie facing upwards. This is happening since last 20 days.

Give details about your headche . One sided headache can be due to migraine or due to visual problem too. Give a detailed description of your headache. Some tips to avoid are Avoid watching television for long hours at a stretch . Take breaks in between. Maintain regular sleep wake pattern even on holidays. Avoid alcohol/ smoking/ excess caffeine containing foods.

Monitor is not good... Our body has a habit of routine food... One time fast is good.. 24 hours now or then may not harm... But surely will not have any beneficial effects..

Losing hair can have lot of reasons fro Gorman all imbalance, stress, tensions, protein deficiency to many others. Build a better breakfast, Aim to eat anywhere between 400 and 500 calories for your morning meal, and make sure you're including a source of lean protein plus filling fat (e.g. eggs, beans, unsweetened greek yogurt, nuts or nut butters) and fiber (veggies, fruit or 100% whole-grains). Prioritise real, whole foods, means filling up on fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains, low-fat dairy and lean protein. Know your limits with salt Skip sugary beverages Ignore the gimmicks/weight loss hypes Eat your H2O Munch on mineral-rich foods Resist the urge to skip a meal Take a hike or a walk Go to bed/ no sleep deprivation Eat spicy foods seriously cayenne peppers/jalapeños Buy a set of 5-pound weights, strength training builds lean muscle tissue which burns more calories.

Exfoliation is one of the best ways to remove dead skin cells. To make your natural lip exfoliant from lemon, obtain a slice and squeeze the juice into a small amount of sugar. Mix the two ingredients and apply on your lips using a finger. Rub gently in a circular motion to avoid skin injuries.
