Hairfall are mainly due to weaking of hair follicles. That means keratin protein are getting weak. You shaolud start with high protein diet like egg milk. Dates are very good to slow down hairfall. Don't change you shampoo regularly. Avoid chemical in your hair. You can use arnica shampoo of bakson or sbl.

I have diabetes. Not too high. I am trying to maintain it by not eating any sugar items. It's a tough one to maintain. Please help me with any other solutions.
Dear lybrate user, one of the major nutritional substance required for human body is carbohydrate. We take carbohydrate in the form of rice, wheat, sugar etc. The complex molecules of carbohydrate are broken down into simple glucose molecules during digestion & released in the blood stream to be absorbed by the muscle cells. Muscle cells utilise the glucose molecules to release energy by breaking down those glucose molecules. Insulin hormone plays a vital role in the absorption of the glucose molecules by the muscle cells. In abnormal conditions, either due to less production of insulin or due to resistance to insulin, the process of absorption of glucose by the muscles comes to a stand still. The glucose molecules remains in the bloodstream which results in the increase in the blood sugar level. The failure of utilisation of the glucose molecules by the muscle cells results in production of less energy than normal condition. This is externally manifested as the fatigue & tiredness of the patient. This excess amount of blood sugar compels the kidney to function more than normal level in order to excrete the blood sugar molecules through urine. As a result the patient suffers from frequent urination. This abnormal condition is clinically known as diabetes mellitus. Once a patient is diagnosed with diabetes he has to take regular medicine to keep his blood sugar level within normal limits. Take homoeopathic mother tincture gymnema sylvestra q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water. Also you need to walk at least 1 hour daily without any interval. Also you need to take a low carbohydrate rich diet. Avoid rice, sweet dishes, fruits, cold drinks, fast foods, alcoholic beverages, potato etc.

Please help to increase my weight and height too. I am very skinny so I have to increase my weight. Thank you.
Peanut butter is a yummy spread for toast and bread. If you’re trying to gain weight, feel free to go for this high-calorie and nutritious food. Apply it on your whole wheat bread for breakfast and see how your weight increases within a short period of time. Besides, you can spread a spoonful of peanut butter on fruits or vegetables like banana, apple slices, fresh berries, wheat germ or applesauce. Alternatively, a peanut butter sandwich is also a good choice.

Dear patient, irregular menses, pcod are because of hormonal imbalance. You can now safely use homeopathic medicines to get rid of pcod or irregular menses. You need" mensoreg" syrup with" mensoreg" medicine to get rid of pcod or irregular menses. This can also be successfully used to painful menses.

It is certainly not harmful. The point is whether it is useful. Just doing multiple tests per day (you did not mention whether you are doing it every day) does not help you. Keep a diary and share the readings with your doctor to analyse it give instructions. Do it again when and how frequently it should be done for your diabetes management. He is the best judge. As your, level variations can properly be analysed and measures recommended by a qualified and experienced doctor.
