Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Hi I can understand your problem. # relax & stay positive. # take hot and cold foementation. # change sleeping position. # use lumber support. # take break every 20 minutes. # do strengthening exercise of back and core muscles not all back pains are same, you need specific treatment plan according to your symptoms.

You must do massage of the knee daily twice a day with sea same oil one inch above the knee one inch below the knee shin bone four inch below the knee 15 time each point and under the hollow portion of knee daily for five days. Knees pain can b due to arthritis or muscle weakness. So, take hot and cold fermentation 1 min each, for 5 reps. Wear knee cap while playing football or any sport. If you need any further assistance please let me know. Thank you.

I have a knee joint problem in both knees and have Osteoarthritis but continue my regular daily activities. Had been prescribed Calcimax Forte and Cartigen Forte around 5 years back. I take one Calcimax Forte daily. When the stiffness and pain starts I start taking Cartigen Forte. Earlier I was told not to take Cartigen Forte for more than 3 months. So I take this as and when stiffness or pain starts. Am I doing the right thing? Should I keep on taking Cartigen Forte daily. I am 65 years old. Stiffness and pain the finger joints, shoulders, knees and back suddenly comes up and lasts for a couple of days and goes off on its own. What do I do about this? How do I stop the progress of this stiffness and pain?

Neither Calcium or Collagen Peptides must be taken for too long. Not more than three months is a general rule. avoid it. instead you can take Vitamin D3, Magnesium, Boswellia Serrata etc. You can make a Paste of 1teaspoon Ghee and 1/2 teaspoon Ginger and apply at knee for 30mins twice daily to get good relief. Drink plenty of water. Do regular Knee Exercise such as SLR, Quadriceps Isometric, VMO Isometric, Hamstrings Strenthenig, Pelvis Muscle Strenthenig, Balance Exercise. knee swinging by sitting in a high table or bed, oscillate or gently swing your knees with small amplitude , by tying a 2kg weight cuff at both ankles. do it for ten minutes twice daily. it will help to regenerate your cartilage gradually by joint imbibition and hydration. Sleep with pillow between knees. Don't cross leg and sit. maintain a healthy balanced diet. You can fight aging by a healthy lifestyle. Hope it helps. Wishing you a good health. Thanks. I am just getting lower back pain often and I am just 22 and losing more weight that I can feel my weakness.
1) Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) Start natural calcium supplement. 3) Do regular stretching exercise 4) In yoga DO BHUJANGASAN, HALASAN & SURYANAMASKAR. LIFE-STYLE CORRECTION 1) Correct your sitting posture. 2) Take small pillow or back rest for lower back. 3) Foot should rest to floor easily. 4) Take small break after 1 hr & walk few steps. 5) Do neck & upper back extension, give feedback after 4 days.

I am 56, year old, female,I have much pain in knee, also have back pain. I have diabetes also. U take insulin regular for 4 times in a day. I have thyroid also. My question is that how to get relief from that pain. I can't sleep at night for this pain.

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area
