After sexual intercourse my penis is suffering some problem. The skin under the head of the penis is swollen. It's not that painful but I am worried. I am applying ice packs for the reduction of the swelling. I doubt that it's paraphimosis. How can it be treated manually?

If you don't have pain in penis or there is no urine retention there is no chance of paraphymosis. You just try to maintain hygiene of your private part by washing it with normal water throughly regularly and after intercourse. It will be solved.

HI, I am having pain in the left side of my brain while going to sleep sometimes, basically most of the time And unnecessary disturbing thoughts came in mind while going sleep and it keeps on rewinding. (i once got puchned at the face while in the boxing match half month back which cause nose bleeding, not severe. Does that leads to a blood clot which is leading to stroke? Because as I studied the symptoms I thoungt I might be having a stroke) And yes I do smoke, so does it also the reason for the pain?
