yes it's safe and after smoking quiting. skin colour will change slowly to normal... as skin needs to change its colour...

no it will not its normal some don't have good beard.. best and effective method is beard transplant.. easy way to grow life long good beard

both ointmnets will not help u... these are for hpyperpigemtation u need u use placentrax gel for same and expose to sunlight hope u will be fine in few days
