Hi, it may be because of acidic urine. Increase your intake of water (3 - 4 litres per day) so the acidic urine gets diluted and colour may become normal.

How can loos weigh. I m 25 years old and having 89 k weight want to torn my body and get shape.
First of all try to loose you weight upto 75 kg and after that we will start muscle tone diet and exercises. Our Daily energy requirements for proper functioning of our body is 1600-2200 K cal of Energy if we want to remain fit and healthy. But there is a misconception that weight is reduced by dieting. But weight is not reduced by only skipping our meals or prohibition from sugars but until we are not aware what are our body energy requirements ,it will be difficult to loose weight. If we restrict ourself from taking daily diet to 1100-1200 Kcalories ,and increases our workouts, only then we can think about reducing our weight and for that we must obtain proper knowledge of exact energy levels in a particular dish we are eating, only then we can achieve our target of reducing weight by means of simple mathematical calculation. Diet Plan for Weight Loss (1200 calories) Food Item Amount Calories (kcal) Protein (g) Early Morning Lukewarm water with lemon 1 cup Tea (without sugar) 1 cup 35Kcal 4g Marie biscuits 2 56 Kcal Breakfast Skimmed milk with sugar 1 glass 90 Kcal 8g Brown bread upma 1 plate 205 Kcal 6g OR Besan Chilla 2 290 Kcal 12g Mid-Morning Fruit salad 1 small bowl 40 Kcal Lunch Veg Khichdi 1 medium bowl 202.5 Kcal 9.5g Veg raita 1 small bowl 75 Kcal 3.5g Mix veg salad 1 bowl 30 Kcal 2g Evening Tea (without sugar) 1 cup 35 Kcal 4g Wheat rusk 2 120 Kcal 6g Dinner Missi roti (without oil) 2 200 Kcal 6g Mix veg 1 medium bowl 95 Kcal 4g Curd 1 small bowl 30 Kcal 1.5g Total 1213 kcal 54.5 g Homoeopathic medicine BTRIM DROPS ( SBL) Drink 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily PHYTOLACCA BERRY 3X ( Wilmar Schwabe india) Chew 2 tab twice daily 20 minutes before meals Green tea in evening Early morning lime water in half spoon honey in one glass hot water Report after 2 months

Hi doctor . I was little fat and my chest looks like a breast. Does it cause any problems in future.

Hi doctor . I was little fat and my chest looks like a breast. Does it cause any problems in future.
Gynecomastia can be due to many reasons - drug intake, endocrinal( hormonal) problems , metabolic causes or pubertal gynecomastia . Here there is enlargement of breast due to fatty or glandular component of breast. Get serum testosterone, prolactin and thyroid profile done. Medicines can correct gynecomastia only in cases of hormonal problems otherwise they are not effective. Surgical correction of gynecomastia can be done by liposuction and sos gland incision . It's a safe and near scarless procedure . Consult a plastic surgeon for that. You can go in for a private consultation where you can share your problems in more details along with the photographs also.

Anyone who takes unwanted 72 gets withdrawal bleeding after gap of 5 to 10 days. Means if period was expected within this time frame it gets post-ponned. If usual expaected date as well as 10 days afetr unwanted 72 have passed then she should do urine pregnancy test.

Listed below are a few ways you can gain weight safely, tailored for people who are underweight: Eat regularly. Eating five or six meals smaller meals per day when you are underweight can be more manageable compared with the standard three. This is because you typically feel full faster than a person at a healthy weight. Don’t drink before meals. Fluids before meals can affect your appetite. Try limiting drinking until 30 minutes after you’ve eaten. Add nutritious drinks to your diet. Avoid soft drinks and caffeine-heavy coffee that adds little nutritional value to your diet. Try milk, fruit juices, healthy shakes and fruit smoothies instead. The will help increase the energy in your diet and also add important nutrients for your health too. Eat nutritious foods. When underweight, sticking to a healthy diet can help you safely gain weight. Choose fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, whole grain cereals, bread and pastas, lean meats and dairy products. Snack healthy. Snacking on avocados, nuts, cheese, peanut butter or dried fruits between mealtimes can be a good way to gain weight. Treat yourself. Even when underweight it’s fine to have an unhealthy treat every now and then. But be mindful of excess fat and sugar - try to keep most treats nutritious and healthy. Work out. Strength training (building muscle) can help you gain weight. Exercise may also help you get your appetite back.
