How To Control Premature Ejaculation?

Sexologist Clinic

How To Control Premature Ejaculation?

Premature ejaculation occurs when a man orgasms during sex sooner than he or his partner would like. Criteria for diagnosing this condition include that the man nearly always ejaculates within one minute of penetration or is almost never able to delay ejaculation. For most men the average time until ejaculation is about five minutes. Premature ejaculation affects many men and can lead to them feeling frustrated and embarrassed. Some men even try to avoid sexual intimacy because of it.

Try the pause-squeeze method.

If you and your partner are willing, you might try the pause-squeeze method for learning to delay ejaculation.

  • Stimulate the penis without entering your partner. Notice when you are about to ejaculate.
  • Ask your partner to squeeze your penis at the place where the head meets the shaft. Your partner should squeeze for several seconds until the need to ejaculate lessens.
  • After 30 seconds, resume foreplay and repeat as necessary. This will help you to gain control and enable you to enter your partner without ejaculating immediately.
  • Another variation on the pause-squeeze method is the stop-go technique. This is the same as the pause-squeeze method, except that the partner does not squeeze the penis.

Use self-help techniques.

These are methods that you can do yourself that may help you to delay ejaculation:

  • Masturbate before sex. If you plan to have sex later in the evening, try masturbating an hour or two before.
  • Use a thick condom that will reduce the amount of stimulation you get. This may make it take longer for you to climax. Avoid using condoms that are designed to increase your stimulation.
  • Breathe deeply right before you ejaculate. This can help you to stop the ejaculation reflex. It may also help to switch to thinking about something boring until the urge passes.

Change the position you have sex in. If you are usually on top, consider switching to the bottom or changing to a position that will allow your partner to move off of you if you are about to ejaculate.

  • Then resume sex once the urge to ejaculate has passed.

It is not clear whether swelling appeared 2 months ago or 180 days (6 months) ago. In any case get checked.

Is fluoride treatment good for 2 year kid. What is the cost for treatment in India? Please advise.
There have been some concerns that fluoride may be linked to a variety of health conditions. Reviews of the risks have found no evidence to support these concerns and the general consensus is that water containing the correct amount of fluoride and fluoride toothpaste have a significant benefit in reducing tooth decay. However, a condition called dental fluorosis can occur, particularly if a childs teeth are exposed to too much fluoride when they're developing. Mild dental fluorosis can be seen as very fine pearly white lines or flecking on the surface of the teeth. It can often only be diagnosed by a dental expert because other conditions may give a similar appearance. Severe fluorosis can cause the tooth? s enamel to become pitted or discolored.

Uterine Fibroids - Surgical & Non Surgical Treatment!

Uterine fibroids, also known as leiomyomata, are non-cancerous growths which develop in and around the uterus or the womb and form benign tumors in course of time. Though there are several types of uterine fibroids, they are all consistently similar in their genetic makeup. They are generally classified depending on their specific locations:

  • Myometrial or intramural fibroids
  • Submucosal fibroids
  • Subserosal fibroids
  • Pedunculated fibroids

Signs and symptoms

In most cases, uterine fibroids display little or no symptoms at all. Therefore many women are caught unawares and do not realize whether they have leiomyomata or not. When symptoms do show, however, they may include any one of the following:

1. Prolonged menstrual periods, usually for seven days or even longer
2. Bloating belly or pelvis
3. Intensive bleeding during periods
4. Pain during sexual intercourse
5. Constipation

Treatment

Since uterine fibroids do not cause any significant complications, they normally do not require much treatment. The condition, however, can be treated through either one of the following approaches:

1. Non-surgical approach

(1) Alert and careful inspection as well as watchful anticipation of the growth and development of uterine fibroids
(2) Birth control pills or oral contraceptives which help reduce heavy periods caused by uterine fibroids
(3) Pain relievers to help numb the pain
(4) Intrauterine device along with levonorgestrel to help reduce heavy periods
(5) Iron tablets are helpful in substituting the blood loss caused by heavy menstruation

2.Surgical approach

i) Myomectomy

ii) Hysterectomy

These two procedures can be performed using several techniques like:

  • Laparoscopy
  • Open abdominal surgery
  • Robot-assisted laparoscopy
  • Vaginal approach
  • Hysteroscope approach

iii) Uterine artery embolization (UAE)

My wife had an caesarian procedure on 01.05. 2015. Our baby (daughter) born complete healthy. Dr. Advised my wife to take cerazette 75 daily. My baby is being breastfeed ed by my wife exclusively. Now for the last three days, my baby is vomiting continuously even after taking domostol drop. Child specialist is suggesting, that it may be a side-effect of consuming those contraception pill (cerazette 75m). We do not have any reason to take contraception, as getting pregnant is least of our worries. We are staying separate in these three month for job purpose. So, my question is, can the cerazette tab be harmful to my baby by any means? and if my wife stop that tab on her 15th day, will that be better in any scenario, or it may be harmful to my baby.;

General Physician, Alappuzha
Cerazette does not influence the production or the quality (protein, lactose, or fat concentrations) of breast milk. However, small amounts of etonogestrel are excreted in the breast milk. As a result, 0.01 - 0.05 microgram etonogestrel per kg body weight per day may be ingested by the child (based on an estimated milk ingestion of 150 ml/kg/day). Limited long-term follow-up data are available on children, whose mothers started using cerazette during the 4th to 8th week post-partum. They were breast-fed for 7 months and followed up to 1.5 years (n=32) or to 2.5 years (n= 14) of age. Evaluation of growth and physical and psychomotor development did not indicate any differences in comparison to nursing infants, whose mother used a copper-iud. Based on the available data cerazette may be used during lactation. The development and growth of a nursing infant, whose mother uses cerazette, should, however, be carefully observed. For your child you give emeset syrup 2.5ml and inform me, privately.
