I am suffering from obesity problem. I am taking less food as possible. But problem continues. What should I do?
Lybrate-user! eating less or not at all eating is not the solution to lose weight. Eat regularly but in small quantities ans at intervals. It will stimulate your metabolism. Try decreasing carbs from your diet. Try increasing your physical workout on daily basis.
