Medical clearance:
obtain medical clearance from your doctor before resuming intense physical activities like table tennis. They can assess your overall health and guide...more

Hi,
understand your concern. Shingles/chicken pox are contagious. However, the zoster virus is contagious only in its active stage. It is non- contagious in dormant stage. Almost every person carries it whoever is infected in their life time. It stays dormant and reactivates at times. Thats the time when it is contagious. Else do not worry, it doesnot harm in anyway.
Hope this is clear. For further details, please connect online/in-person.

She might be suffering from neuropathy which is causing her urinary incontinence. Her neuropathy could have been resulted due to poor blood sugar control, varicella infection in the past, b12 deficiency due to medicines, etc. Needs to rule out the cause of her problem and her treatment will be based on that.

You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh, not from readymade
gels available in market) on your face. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take/scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your face skin. Wash with plain water after an hour.

It is not proper to get prescription for infective skin disease online. At least an image sent helps in correct diagnosis. You should consult your local doctor for inspection, clinical examination, proper diagnosis and you will be advised to take proper rest. Avoid public contact so that it is not spread. Take adequate liquid, normal food. Normally antiviral tablets like acyclovir tablets are given for about a week. Tablets for itching, tablets for bacterial infection if present. Rash is characteristic of chickenpox. And usually main feature leading to diagnosis.
