Possibly he has replaced maxiflo by seroflo or vice versa both inhalers possibly not prescribed by him. Clear your doubt by asking him again.

Antibiotics should be continued for 10-14 days depending upon your clinical condition. Bibasal pneumonia means involvement of both lungs. So treatment duration is more.
