You can use shy nm tooth paste for sensitivity. First apply on the teeth and leave it for 2 min then brush.

Proper isolation and irrigating with sodium hypochloride and chlorhexidine will have no problem with the treatment. And a course of metrogyl 400mg tab.

No need to worry you just get scaling done once from professional dentist. And use metrogyl dt gel for gums.
