Maam, I am a 35 years old female. I used to have painful motion with bleeding which leads to fever after sometime. I had himalaya pilex doubting it to be piles. I got temporary relief from pain and bleeding but it keeps occurring after some days. Am I having hemorrhoids as I have a small flesh like tag on the anus line? Or am I having anal fissures?
