Fever if remains for more than 5-6 days, even after taking medications as advised by doctor, proper clinical examination, related investigations diagnosis and necessary medication under doctor's observation is necessary.

You need to clean face with mild cleansers.;. Seasame oil pure and coconut oil. Pure without paraffin should be arranged by you. It should be applied after cleaning and damp drying. Then 'Varnya' group herbs (10 in nos) of excellent quality be ground and mixed and apply on face with suitable medium like pure rose arq. See results in a week but pl continue for few weeks. Some oral 'raktashodhak' are also desired. Salt n spices restrictions in food also give rapid response. Pl consult if you need rready solutions.

Hello, Include the following for getting better vision: Vitamins A, C, E, and minerals like copper and zinc are essential to eyesight. Get the antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Include garlic and onions. Blueberries, grapes as they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve your vision. DHA is a fatty acid found in coldwater fish like wild salmon, sardines and mackerel. Exercises for eyes: Warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. Roll your eyes. Start by looking up and then slowly circle 10 times clockwise and 10 times counterclockwise. Focus. Hold a pen at arm's length, focus your eyes on it, and slowly bring the pen closer until it's about 6 inches away from your nose. Then slowly move it back, keeping your eyes focused on the pen, 10 times in all. Massage your temples. Using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circles, 20 times in one direction and 20 in the other. Repeat the same actions above the mid-point of the eyebrows at the forehead, then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose. Take a mini-nap. Put your head back, close your eyes, and relax for 3 minutes. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine which will help you in preventing rather reducing the power of your eyes. Take Physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 1 month. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance.

Do slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning. Take proper balanced diet. Avoid garlic and red chilly, non veg and eggs. And take vegetarian diet.

Hi, see hair grows normally at a speed of 1.5 to 2 cm per month (if there is no medical condition). And minoxidil 2% will grow hair from those hair follicle which are dormant (and not from a dead follicle). Wait for another month's time to see the changes. Management: take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9 hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water/ bore water to wash the head rather use already boiled water or drinking water for head wash. Use schwabe's arnica shampoo and hair growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Beside this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin folli hair once daily for 3 months.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need cleaning along with desensitizing procedures and / or artificial enamel filling. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. You may consult me in person. This is common. If you have good nutrition, satvic food, read good literature or explore good social media, you have minimum chances of pe at young age. Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash once in a day. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

First we hav to work on ur digestive system...Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day...Follow up after 1week...drink plenty of fluids..avoid constipation.

For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Hi drink some bitter gourd juice on an empty stomach each morning. First remove the seeds of two to three bitter gourds and use a juicer to extract the juice. Add some water and then drink it. Follow this treatment daily in the morning for at least two months...take pranacharya diabeto and shilajeet capsule twice a day with water....take vasant kusumakar ras twice a day...avoid sweets....take small meals in less time interval....do pranayama early morning....avoid alcohol consumption...

Hello sir, I am 27 year old male. I have a strange problem which suffers me a lot mentally. My thoughts are not healthy and not constant. It seems my mind habituated to think negatively in every single thought. Give a situation, my mind use to think of negative side of it. May be this is the reason why i am very low in confidence and i am not able memorize what i read. Also i am not as energetic as others who are of my age. We are all creatures of habit. If you form a regular pattern of thinking in the negative, then that is what you will tend to do. Perhaps it gives you satisfaction to be negatively oriented. Of course this will make you miserable because you are so focused on what is not there than what is there. You must now cultivate a positive outlook. Willfully chose to see the good side of things in life. This is a practice that will get perfect over a period of time, if you are consistent. You can see that it is demoralizing you, and you are suffering from memory problems. I have some exercises that will help. Exercise the positive by talking to someone and ask them to confront you each time you focus on the negative aspect. I don?t know if you are critical too. That will cause a social problem of isolation because people will not like to be with you or befriend you. This will then disturb you and make you more negative ? a vicious circle. Is this a family trait or where there influences in your upbringing that has contributed to this tendency. If so, work with a counselor to find the cause and to deal with it.
