Dear patient, you need to control your further weight gain first for which you must do 40 mins of brisk walking daily (morning walk or evening walk before dinner) and do following diet control. Along with this homeopathic medications can help you cure this problem from root if taken regularly with detailed case taking, you can consult privately for the same with all your reports till now DO'S AND DONT'S: Avoid a sedentary life. Regular and moderate exercises daily, even for ten minutes will go a long way. Daily fast walking for 45 minutes is helpful to burn calories. Avoid a high fatty diet like cakes, biscuits, candies, chocolates, butter, cheese and sugar. Avoid fried and oily food Do not over-eat. Instead eat frequent small meals, rather than infrequent large meals with unhealthy snacks in between. Eat 3 to 4 moderate meals a day with your main meal in the middle of the day. Eat slowly. Not only will your meal last longer but it will also feel more substantial. Avoid smoking and alcohol as it predisposes a person towards obesity. Replace daily consumption of soft drinks, fruit juices and milk with 10-12 glasses of water. A simple crash diet is never an answer to obesity. Instead a balanced diet with regular exercise is advisable. Think of a permanent change rather than a short term dieting. Walking burns upto 250 calories per hour. Jogging uses about 400 calories per hour. Swimming burns upto 500 calories per hour and playing a game like squash could burn upto 650 calories per hour. Brisk walking at a pace of 120 steps per minute not only helps you to lose weight but also gives your heart and lungs a workout at the same time. DAILY CALORIE REQUIREMENTS: Men with inactive lifestyle : 2400 - 2500 cals Men with active lifestyle : 2800 - 3000cals Men with very active lifestyle : 3400 - 3500 cals Women with inactive lifestyle: 1900 cals Women with active lifestyle: 2150 cals Women with very active lifestyle: 2500 cals DIET CHART: Early morning: (6-7 am) : ? 1-2 glasses of Warm water with the some freshly squeezed lemon juice and after 15-20 mins you can have your morning tea. (preferably green tea) Breakfast: (9-10 am): Poha/upma/brown bread vegetable sandwhich/cornflakes with 1 bowl of seasonal fruits (avoid butter in sandwhich and excessive intake of bananas and chickoo) Lunch: (1-2 pm): it is better to start lunch with a small quantity of salad which can have sprouts into it. It helps your stomach to fill up enough so that you don?t bump into extra rotis when more hungry. It can be followed by 2 rotis, plate of cooked vegetables and 1 cup of dal. You can have 1 small cup of curd of skimmed milk or 1-2 glass of buttermilk. Evening snack: (5-6 pm): 1 cup tea with light snack of 2-3 wheat/oats biscuits. Dinner: 2 rotis (without ghee) with vegetables and brown rice if you want for 2 times/week in small quantities. Avoid curd at night as it causes constipation.

Headache canbe sinus or eye problem like refractive error and you check your eyes and what you say as spin problem can your anxiety and anyway you check up.

Do you take oral tablets on day of test or not. If not donot omit medicine on day of test. At your age fasting is good and 2hrs pp of 160 is acceptable.

My chest on red point like a pimples and on a face have more pimples . So I have testing my blood before a week report showing ESR 40. And neutrophil 82%. And lymphocytes 16% . I am continue taking lemon juce with water every morning before eat and night after dinner before 7 years. Is its cause for it ? I don't know. Please tell me what can I do and what's eat Pleas tell me thanks.

It may be due to any infection in body. It may be due to autoimmune disease . you need to take proper treatment for your problem. Eruptions appear on chest and face may be autoimmune skin disease. First avoid to apply any lotion or ointment, avoid oily, spicy and junk food. Take balance diet. Take plenty of fluids.

you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache follow advises given below: You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4.We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician/me for further management.

Dear lybrate user. There's a dictum: once backache. Always backache so. This being a recurrent condition due to inherent weakness of our spinal structure (nature made the spine to remain horizontal. We the homo sapiens have rebelled against it and stood up against gravitational forces. Thereby we suffer: I call it a part if the penalty we pay for adoring effect posture. Animals don't suffer from backache like us!). Regarding your query: both will be useful. Alternately hot and cold fomentation will be better. Apply 5 - 10 minutes each twice daily. But more than that. Back - strengthening exercises and careful diligence of posture and movements will be must.

there are many reasons for low interst in sex over a period with relationship. 1. No satsifation during intercourse..sometimes due to any reason like early discharge, weak erection or women less participation, partner not reaching orgasm etc..these all things will slowly slowly make people non interested. 2. If steroids are given orally for long periods of time than only it will cause bone shrinkage but if given through nebulisation than it won't have any side effects
