Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3 months. Revert.

Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Egg white works well in order to lighten the pimple marks and the pimple scars. Take a fresh egg and break the egg, separate the egg white from the egg yolk. Apply this egg white on the pimple marks. After 10-15 minutes, wash with the cold water. Baking Soda Take some baking soda. Mix some water with the baking soda and apply this mixture on the pimple marks. Baking soda serves as an agent that carries out micro dermabrasion on the skin and helps to clear the pimple marks on the face and body. Tomatoes Tomatoes are rich in Vitamin A, which helps nourish the dead skin while rejuvenating it. Vitamin A helps by healing the skin and by helping facilitate quick growth of the skin while removing the scars. Using tomatoes to help heal the scars on the skin is not a lengthy process, but it is rather simple. Just take a tomato, slice it and make it into a pulp. Apply the pulp on the face and leave it on for twenty minutes’ time. Then, wash it off with some warm water. You could also mix cucumbers with it. Make a paste out of all of cucumbers and tomatoes and apply as a face mask. Leave it on for half an hour and wash it with some cool water. Follow this method two days at a time every week and observe the results.

Do pranayam daily for 20 min. The increase in oxygen supply in body helps the brain get m more oxygen, thus making person feel better. Meditation is also a very good alternative which helps in long run. Do it daily for 30 min and slowly increase time. Remember that there are certain things in life which are not perfect and its better to accept them and not let your mind be affected for long.

I wet my hairs twice a day. I apply oil on them after bath regularly. I have oily hairs, dense, straight and flat type hairs. 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin c like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Hello. For sore throat, need to follow the points: - Avoid cold things, fried/ oily food. -Avoid excessive use of voice/ roughly using voice or else shouting. - Gargle with salt and warm water solution thrice daily. - Take Ginger tea. - Avoid excessive cold air or sudden change of temperature (like coming from heat/ sunlight to an A/C room). - Can cover your throat with a stole. Medication: Take homoeopathic medications - Schwabe's Alpha- CF/ 1 tab. And SBL's Stodal cough lozenges – all of them thrice a day daily- for 3 days.

Hello, one can protect yourself from the sun by the following points: - avoid going out during hot summer weather or extreme heat during the whole day. - apply a good sunscreen with spf 30. Apply it 20-30 minutes before stepping out. Re-apply the sunscreen if you are out for more than 3-4hrs. - wear a hat with a broad rim. - carry an umbrella. - wear goggles. - drink plenty of water. - eat healthy food, avoid junk. - eat fruits and vegetables with more percentage of water in it. Use bakson's suncare sunscreen 20-30 minutes before going out under the sunlight.

You are suffering from androgenic alopecia or which is also called as pattern baldness. This is usually progressive throughout life unless treated. The hair progressively becomes this and is eventually lost. Now no lotion cream or oil can magically get hair over completely bald areas. The areas where some hair are still there can respond to minoxidil and finesteride. For the front part you should consider hair transplant.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

I am 44 years old and the doctor advised me to start calcium tablets. However, calcium, iron does not agree with me. Natural intake of calcium like curd, milk in breakfast also causes me gas trouble. I experience pain in stomach. I have a desk job but even with conscious efforts to do some walking in office doesn't help. I cannot have anything made of refined flour, besan, sprouts. It causes me bloating and heaviness in my stomach. I also have low digestion capacity. I am largely a vegetarian and have fish very rarely may be once in 3 months. Kindly advise.

Your symptom are similar to that of IBS(irritable bowel syndrome)thus you need to avoid the following. 1.Milk and milk products(curd,cheese,paneer,ice-creams,khoya etc) 2.Wheat and wheat products and oats. 3.Use rice products like rice,idli rawa,flaked rice(poha),poped rice,jowar,bajra and ragi etc. 4.Avoid margarine,hydrogenated fat and omega-6 rich oil.Use nly rice-bran oil/olive oil and white butter. 5.Have bland preparations,small feed at frequent intervals. 6.Do not take fruits in empty stomach.only walnuts can be tried in the morning.

Your weight should not exceed 68 kilos. You need to loose atleast ten kgs. -set up a routine and work out for an hour everyday. -eat healthy and reduce the intake of tea/coffee/sugar and oil. -make fruits and boiled or raw vegetables a substitute for your lunch for some days. -you need cardio exercises more.

You should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning. Take sprouts and fruits. Take salad before meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals. Don't take rice at night. Don't use junk food and oily food. Drink more water in a day.

Following are a few suggestions: 1) take your medication as advised by doctpr without missing a dose, 2) avoid sweets, direct sugar and jaggery, deep fried foods, high fat cheese, junk foods, pastries, sweetened aerated drinks and products containing fructose corn syrup. 3) take a restricted diet, that provides exact calories based on ideal body weight (60 kgs) 4) regular exercise for at least 1 hour a day, like brisk walking, jogging, running, gym exercises etc. 5) consume more of green leafy vegetables and salads, permitted fruits (100 g a day), 6) strive to maintain blood sugar fasting closer to 100 mg, pp between 150 to 160 mg and hba1c%<7.7) no alcohol or smoking. Basically it means adapting a modified lifestyle, this will help in controlling diabetes.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.
