All conditionars contain chemicals.Apply non perfumed hair oils olive/coconut /musterd before bath n you can use natural conditioning agents like egg or decoction of Ritha twice a week

I am underweight and whenever I eat oil foods or snacks I get pimples on my face.

Dear lybrate-user No need to eat snacks n oily food just to improve weight. It will not help you to gain weight it may disturb your digestion n will make you sick. Eat healthy food, add some soaked nuts almond wall nuts etc, Banana will also help you, litle ghee in meals or consult dietician. Fried food will not give you anything. If you wish you can take Kaumaryasava 20 ml with equal ammount of water aftermeals and aswagandha leham 5 gms twice daily ayurvedic suppliments.

I daily do yoga and stretching exercises to be healthy and flexible but I am afraid that these stretching is harmful for my testis or other sexual related problem.

Yoga is good for health don't overstretched overstretching has no health benifits do normal yoga n it will not harm your sexual health.

He can't sleep well neither in day nor in night and if sleep feeling restless plss help us.

He might be suffering from mental stress however your description is not sufficient to make any conclusion, Please consult any panchkarma specialist n go for sirodhara sitings.

Drink more n more water. Eat trfla chrna 5 gms daily at night with lukewarm water. Neem ghan vati (patanjali) 2 tab thrice daily, arogya vardhani (Dabur/baidyanath/dhootpapeswar) 2 tab thrice daily. Manjisthadi qwath 20 ml (sandu pharmaceutical)

Drink warm water always n do kapalbhati n other yogasana just for 20 min a day. I think you should atleast spend 20 min for your health.

I have skin issue white pimples comes mostly all time of year on face usually on same place again and again. Near nose corners and on chin under lips. They hardly go away.

Dear lybrate-user these sites are very common for pimples. Clean your face with any salicylic acid containing face wash n take care of these area specially. Do not use any moisturizers or oil based creams. Drink more water. Avoid oily food n you should never get constipation. You can take these Ayurvedic med Neemelia (mpil) or nimba ghan vati (patanjali) 2 tablets twice daily along with gandhak rasayan 2 tab twice daily and Arogya vardhani 2 tab twice with mahamanjisthadi qwath.

I am 22.5 year old male having problem on growing beard. Is there any gel/lotions to grow thick beard. If yes please suggest me its name and also mention its side effects also if any.

Problems with beard may be genetical. Do not panic. Every coin has two sides, not having thick beard is also beneficial. But if you r so desperate for beard than consult hair transplant surgeon he can help. Local application of minoxidil may help but it has side affects like it reduces blood pressuren all. I'll suggest you do not take tension be happy do yoga n pranayam daily eat healthy food.
