You can do muscle lifting exercise along with proper diet. Eat extra amount of food. Eat food 5-6 times and don't skip meals. Eat more dense fruits and vegetables, whole wheat, whole grain, brown rice, brown bread. Take calorie rich foods like cake, pastries, chocolate, ice cream, butter, cheese, ghee, olive oil, avocado, refined vegetable oil, coconut oil, almond, walnut, seeds in excess amount. Take more protein rich foods. Avoid fast foods, smoking, alcohol. Drink plenty of water. And quality sleep.

Hello, you should keep on doing daily efforts regularly to get results. Don't get hopeless, consistent efforts will definitely give you results. I would not suggest you to take hg injection as it poses after effects on your body. Thanks.

Mr. Lybrate-user, rat bite injury has to be properly cleaned, dressed regularly. Plus if needed some antibiotic may be taken for 5 to 7 days. Most importantly control of blood sugar (fasting near 100 g, pp 150 to 160 mg and hba1c% <7), is absolutely essential. Because if sugar level remains high, then wound healing is badly affected, particularly in the lower limbs. So you have to take appropriate treatment to correct sugar levels. Thanks for the question.

Dear user please follow the following dietary instructions avoid fried foods avoid packaged foods colas n bottled beverages to be avoided as they will further weaken your bones go out for sunlight if you are non vegetarian include eggs, chicken n fish in your daily diet. Green leafy veggies specially cabbage and other veggies like cauliflower n brocolli should be part of your daily diet include soya, tofu, soyamilk and nutrella in your daily intake caffeine n caffeine containing products like coffee n colas to be avoided take small n frequent meals also include walnuts, flaxseed oil or olive oil in your daily diet.

I am 74 years male, after 15 years of my CAB do need to continue my medicine, although my every report is normal. Presently I am taking atorvastatin 10 one every day and revlol 12.5 one every day. I walk 3-4 Km every day plus I do yoga 30 minutes every day.

15 years a long time, continuation of medicines depends on how improved the situation is or how severe it is, as you say the reports are normal in that case your personal doctor may have a more valid answer. Do keep continuing pranayam, avoid refined oil, use pure sarso (mustard) oil or virgin olive oil (cooking grade), do not let excess of fat come to your body.

You should have 2 tablets chitosan medician 30 minutes before meal and avoid eating in between medician or meal. This will reduce 3 to 4 kg per month definitely without any side effects.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

The importance of daily exercise should not be forgotten. Real strength and stamina comes only after you follow a disciplined lifestyle. So eat healthy homemade food with lots of fruits and vegetables everyday. Let your body take its own time to gain weight since you are still young. Do not take any supplements. Avoid all bad habits, junk food and cold-drinks. Nuts and seeds and all other types of naturally available products are safe and good. You can also play your favourite game /sport. The word depressed is a common everyday word. People might say" i'm depressed" when in fact they mean" i'm fed up because i've had a row, or failed an exam, or lost my job" etc. These ups and downs of life are common and normal. Most people recover quite quickly. With true depression, you have a low mood and other symptoms each day for at least two weeks consult a psychiatrist and get evaluated. Your depression needs to be evaluated, if mild option is cbt, cognitive behavior therapy alone or along with medicines, if moderate both, if severe, medication s mainly and later cbt.

Dear Lybrate user Brown rice is okay. Rice for dinner is strictly no no as it has carbohydrates and there is very less use of calories during night.

Sir from today morning 3: 30 I woke up and felt that something wrong going on in my stomach. So I a glass of water. But after that I was unable to sleep and started vomiting. Vomit have happened about 4 times since that time and I am feeling weak and can't even eat anything. I took a glass of milk in morning and still feeling like vomiting. It might be due to some indigestion problem caused by some bad food. Take ORS instead of plain water as it will help to correct the dehydration. Medicine:- Ars.alb. 30 one dose every 3 hours ( its a homoeopathic medicine) You will be alright in evening.

How emotions affect our health.

You are not a drop in the ocean but an ocean in every drop.

What did he mean by that. Every cell in our body is intelligent to think and act. We have 60 trillion cellsy in our body and our health depends a lot on the harmonic balance and cohesion of the cells with each other.

  • In the movie eat, pray love, julia roberts visits a wise man in bali, and he advises her not to try too hard to meditate. In fact he suggests that meditation is nothing but smiling and the line that is a kicker, is" smile with your liver" 
  • If you believe that this is just a metaphor, lets look at the other end of the spectrum to prove just how crucial this is. 
  • Let us say you hold a negative emotion towards somebody, something or some event in your life. Each time you think of that your whole body re-lives the emotional upheaval of that association. 
  • Your mind doesn't have a mind of its own, and doesn't know if the event is happening in real time or it is being replayed. So it produces the same stress hormones. Each and every cell of your body starts feeling the same emotion of let us say" hatred" towards that event, person or experience all over again.
  • The body is not at ease. This is a state where the condition of dis-ease sets in.
  • If you continue to live in that state, your cells are now getting conditioned to live in the same state. 
  • The upanishads talk about *" yatha pinde tatha brahmande"* as is the atom so is the universe.
  • Health of a person, depends on how well all the systems of the body and the *60 trillion cells* play the melody of harmony together. 
  • When the cells are living in a state of hatred, they soon start exhibiting that with each other and killing healthy cells in the body. This leads to many forms of auto immune disease.
  • Like rumi said. You are not a drop in the ocean, you are an ocean in every drop. 
  • Be careful of your thoughts, your feelings and your emotions.
  • Forgive people, not because they deserve it, but because you need it. Stay happy, stay healthy.

Aapne birth weight nahi bataya. Mother ke nipple problem ke liye apne Dr. se sampark kare vo iska ilaj batayenge. Bacche ka daily weight gain dekhna padta hai agar hame ye dekhna hai ki maa ka dudh paryapt hai ki nahi. Powder milk katori chamachse de rahe hain vo sahi hai. Cows milk dene ki jaroorat nahi hai. With proper diet and restriction of fast food complemented with regular physical exertion you can reduce your weight 3-5kg/month easily. I would not suggest usage of any medicine for that. For your height weight in the range of 65-75 is fine, so you do not need to be mad with it. Just try to stay fit, being slim is not the definition of fitness.
