I would suggest you to get a proper xray of the spine done to rule out any bony abnormality. Start with analgesic like combination of diclofenac and thiocolchicoside for atleast 7 days twice daily after food if pain subsides start with physiotherapy in form of back extension exercises and core strengthening exercises avoid sitting in one posture for longer duration and lifting weight while bending forward.

Avoid long sitting and tk break between work and use soft pillow for back support. The heat fermentation and stretching exercise of spine. If it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment.

Hello, 1. You can apply volini gel 1% local application twice a day for 3-5 days 2. Hot fomentation twice a day for 3 days I am giving to some common reasons for leg pain 1. Generalized weakness 2. Normally you should be able to return to weightlifting about three to four months after your injury. Once your fracture heals, the joints are typically stiff and the surrounding muscles are weak because they haven't been used during immobilized time. You will need to increase your range of motion and strengthen your hand muscles before returning to weight lifting. A high uric acid level can be caused when your body either produces too much uric acid or your kidneys don't eliminate uric acid rapidly enough. A high uric acid level may cause increasingly frequent attacks of gout, or it may never cause problems. A high uric acid level may also cause some people to develop kidney stones or kidney failure. And some people with a high uric acid level also develop high blood pressure, heart disease or chronic kidney disease, but it's often unclear whether this is a direct cause or merely an early warning sign of these conditions. Factors that may cause a high uric acid level in your blood include: Diuretic medications (water pills),Drinking too much alcohol,Genetics (inherited tendencies),hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid),Immune-suppressing drugs,Niacin, or vitamin B-3, obesity,psoriasis, Purine-rich diet — organ meat, game meat, anchovies, herring, gravy, dried beans, driedpeas, mushrooms and other foods Renal insufficiency — inability of the kidneys to filter waste Tumor lysis syndrome — a rapid release of cells into the blood caused by certain cancers or by chemotherapy for those cancers,Also, you may be monitored for high uric acid levels when undergoing chemotherapy or radiation treatment for cancer. Hello. Neck problem is mostly due to cervical spondylitis. Pls let me know if she has any pain or tingling in her arms. Till then ask her to take 1) tab hifenac p twice daily after meal 2) cap pan d once daily before meal. Also avoid lifting heavy weight. Ask for more help if needed.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. How to reduce fat after cesarean delivery before 11 month. I have gas problem and backache.
You can start with walk for atleast half an hr morning and evening. Instead of water drink a decoction of fennel, cumin, carom. Mix all 3 in water and put to boil on low flame for 20-25 min. Sieve and drink. After 6 months of delivery you can start exercise. We provide 1 week diet that will help to reduce weight approx. 3-5 kg in a week. You can incorporate that in daily routine for maintaining weight. You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Drink 2 glasses of lukewarm warm daily in morning. 5. Try to do some exercise. Yoga and meditation are very good in losing weight and maintaining it also. Yoga asanas you can do - manduk asana - sarwang asana - setubal asana - pawan mukht asana -nauka asana pranayama -anulom vilom -deep breathing - kapal bhati other exercises -crunches -cycling -leg rotation
