Hi sir tell me some fitness tips for loss weight my age is 14 and my weight is102. 2 kg.
Some tips for weight loss. Eat 5-6 meals per day. Drink water 3-4liter per day. Intake 1800 cal per day. Avoid potato, rice, fried food, junk food, sweets. Include in diet egg white, green tea, sprouts, fruits and vegetables, salad, soup, I am guiding you. But I advise for personalized diet plan.

You need around 15 -20 kg weight loss. So you can loose through diet and exercise. So why should supplement. You need personalized diet plan. You do loose natural diet.

Walking is only one type of cardio. If reduce healthy weight then you do strength workout. Why can you diet. Diet means is not dieting. Diet is 5-6meals intake daily. Water intake 3-4 liter per day. You need personalized diet plan.

You don't need keto diet. You start healthy diet. Follow personlized diet plan. I can some tips 3-4 liter water per day. Set goal 3 kg loss per month. Intake 5-6 meals in a day. Sleep well and good. Antioxidants keep in diet.

I am 52 years person my weight is 85 kg and my height is 165 cm. I am a heart patient as I have one stunt in my heart. I am taking the heart related medicine regularly. However my diet is very simple as in morning my breakfast is with simple three chapati or with oats. Hello I suggesting for personalized diet plan. I am only guiding you. In your diet carbs is high. So maintain your diet. Include in diet egg whites, low fat Panner, sprouts, apple, green tea, almonds, walnuts, etc 3-4 liter water per day.
