I am 27 years old. Masturbation becomes compulsion for me. Every night I woke in between and until masturbates I could not sleep properly. It becomes compulsion .my whole scheduled gets disturbed by that and I feel weakness fragile and drowsy the next day until I take afternoon lap. When I woke up after afternoon lap again I feel strong urge to masturbate. That picture is always going on my mind. At evening smoking becomes compulsory habit for me. At night again my sleep get disturbed. It becomes continuous cycle. Smoking and masturbation causes a lot of problem to me. My studies get disturbed. Please tell me solution.

Masterbation is a perversion and compulsive masterbation is a disease which needs counseling and treatment. At the age of 26 you are bound to be aroused by many so many stimulii, try to find out and avoid e. G. Watching prone, continuously thinking about sex, going to places where you are aroused mist be avoided. Engage your mind in other things. Some simple measures like exercise and meditation may help. Cut back on processed and fast foods. They tend to be higher in calories and fat. Don't serve sugary drinks. Swap soda, juice, and sports drinks for water and skim or low-fat milk. Encourage good eating habits. Make small changes.

Hi lybrate-user tips for weight loss eat fresh vegetables daily. Avoid having sugar completely. Eat whole wheat bread instead of white bread; avoid everything made from white flour and make whole wheat bread, chapattis and brown rice a way of life. Do not skip a meal and eat three meals a day. Drink plenty of water to eliminate the toxins from the system. Limit your fat intake to 2-3 teaspoons a day. Increase the fiber intake as it provides a sense of fullness and also prevents hunger pangs. Take antioxidants for protecting the body against the toxins released during weight loss. Exercise catalyzes your efforts to lose weight and even regular walking for thirty minutes can give you the benefits of an aerobics exercise. To improve the metabolism, try increasing the duration, frequency, intensity of your daily workout. Remember that maintaining the ideal weight is a lifetime commitment and not a short-term affair. To get pregnant you need to have regular sex i. E. 3-4 times a week for one full year before you start seeking medical help. If you want to make her pregnant fast then you can follow this calender method. If a women’s menstrual cycle varies from 26days to 31days cycle, The shortest cycle (26 days) minus 18 days = 8th day. The longest cycle (31 days) minus 10 days=21st day Thus, 8th to 21st day of each cycle counting from first day of menstrual period is considered as fertile period.
