Its a submucous fibrosis white flakes patches on oral mucosa caused by tobbaco chewing or smoking so stop it and consult gud plastic surgeon for early treatment.

Dermadew cream and lotion is pure moisturiser it do not do any harm to skin If your child is having boil over face use enzoheal ointment and some antibiotic for cure.
