Additionally, give nasivion s nasal drop--2 drops in each nose 6-8 times/day (especially before feeds). "don't give" zukamin/sinarest. U can use kofarest pd drops.

Dose for syp zentel, according to age less than 2 yrs-- 5 ml stat & repeat after 2 wk more than 2 yrs--10 ml & repeat after 2wk.
