Personal Statement
I am the first and only DM from North-East India in rheumatology and clinical immunology. I completed my MBBS and MD (Medicine) degrees at the famed Assam Medical College and Hospital in Dibrugarh before completing my DM at SGPGI in Lucknow. I've now been taking care of patients with various rheumatological issues for more than fifteen years. With numerous papers in peer-reviewed national and international journals, I am also interested in academia. I frequently share my thoughts in a range of academic venues at the local, regional, national, and worldwide levels.
