As per your concern I would suggest you to do following remedy 1. Cut, de-seed and crush 4-5 Indian gooseberries to paste 2. Press this paste on a sieve and extract the juice 3. Take 2 tsp of this Indian gooseberry juice 4. Add ½ tsp nutmeg powder 5. Mix well 6. Drink 2 times a day This is very helpful Your problem is permanently cure by ayurvedic treatment.

You are doing mistake in stress level. Because of stress you are taking excessive food. Due to that your weight may increase. Some persons unable to control stress level they are taking excessive food. It may caused for obesity. No problem. Better to control food. Maintain diet. Take small meals two or three times. Do not take night time food. Take chapathi. Do not sit in home. Go to market or friends home. Better to walk. Do skipping in home. Walking and running helpful. Be happy always. Do not feel about weight. Be friendly with others. If you think about weights it may leads to some other problems. So do not think. Maintain diet and good excercises. Ok best of luck.

Dear Drinking and smoking comes under addiction or substance abuse. If the problem is chronic, de-addiction therapy is required. Otherwise simple psychotherapy should help your friend regain his lost health. You must be able to distinguish between mental disease and mental disorder. Your problem is a mental disorder. Not a mental disease. These mental disorders are usually treated with a combination of medicines and other means like awareness, meditation, Psychotherapy techniques, life style changes etc. I think two or three counseling sessions and psycho therapy techniques should solve your friends problem. Let me know if your friend is willing to undergo counseling sessions and tailor made psycho therapy through mobile. Take care.

The end of a relationship often feels like the end of the world. After all the time and energy you have invested in it, it is very painful when it gets over. Keep in mind that life is full of ups and downs; nothing is permanent. The pain you feel today will go away with time. Give yourself time to heal. Give time, time. In the meanwhile don't isolate yourself from your friends and family. Confide in someone you are comfortable with. Make a list of life goals, and plan how to achieve them. Relationships are an important part of your life, but they are not everything. Spend time with those close to you, indulge in some enjoyable activities. Keep yourself busy. Slowly you will see that there is a lot to life. However if you are feeling suicidal, consult a psychiatrist immediately. Don't wait to feel worse.

If you are not smoking that is it. Congratulations on your success. But do not rest on your laurels. Keep yourself fit and healthy by some basic practices: eat healthily, sleep well, and do regular exercise. Keep far away from cigarettes and tobacco because you can easily become addicted to it again. Be positive in life, live in love and have a fruitful purpose all through. Spiritual pursuits will simply enhance your life to new levels and bring much peace and harmony.

I am 24 year old and have type 1 diabetes for last 15 years I have psychological problems due to lack of interest in all those things I feel depressed and lack of self confidence and loose in my studies and carrier and keep distance from the society. So I need psychological councelling and advice to improve my self confidence and avoid infriority complex and to achieve something in this competitive society.

You are right about needing counseling and help. The depression may be related to the diabetes too, and the other things you mention may be an offshoot of this. I have known some people who have been afflicted with juvenile diabetes and have initially responded with despair but have later picked up the cudgel and done better than the normal population. If your depression is induced by the diabetes, my recommendation is for you to accept that and go beyond that and become someone of note, because of that! Any way, if the counselor feels that you need medication, then you will need to work in conjunction with that too. In the meantime do as much as is permissible of the following: You must be active and work towards your reformation. Many lifestyle changes need to be made to progress away for the condition. When you are depressed, you will feel lazy though I would like to call it lethargy. There is an inertia and lack of energy to even think, let alone act. This may overlap with the diabetic low too. You are required to literally do the opposite of what you feel like doing. Depression makes you want to withdraw, lie down, sleep, become lethargic, slow down, make you too lazy to even think etc. So when I suggested doing the opposite, you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, eat more of proteins, nuts, fruits, and vegetables, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least 30 minutes but not in the scotching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three things, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don?t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. The counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Self confidence, self esteem, and the inferiority complex can all become things of the past, if you fight a pitched battle with this depression and diabetes.

YOu have depression and need to take antidepressants and try these tips. Here are 5 things you can do to feel better. 1.Exercise. Take a 15- to 30-minute brisk walk every day — or dance, jog, or bike if you prefer. People who are depressed may not feel much like being active. In addition to getting aerobic exercise, some yoga poses can help relieve feelings of depression. Two other aspects of yoga — breathing exercises and meditation — can also help people with depression feel better. 2.Nurture yourself with good nutrition. Depression can affect appetite. One person may not feel like eating at all, but another might overeat. Proper nutrition can influence a person's mood and energy. So eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and get regular meals (even if you don't feel hungry, try to eat something light, like a piece of fruit, to keep you going). 3.Identify troubles, but don't dwell on them. Try to identify any situations that have contributed to your depression. When you know what's got you feeling blue and why, talk about it with a caring friend. Talking is a way to release the feelings and to receive some understanding. 4. Express yourself. With depression, a person's creativity and sense of fun may seem blocked. Exercise your imagination (painting, drawing, doodling, sewing, writing, dancing, composing music, etc.) and you not only get those creative juices flowing, you also loosen up some positive emotions. Take time to play with a friend or a pet, or do something fun for yourself. Find something to laugh about — a funny movie, perhaps. Laughter helps lighten your mood. 5. Try to notice good things. Depression affects a person's thoughts, making everything seem dismal, negative, and hopeless. If depression has you noticing only the negative, make an effort to notice the good things in life. Try to notice one thing, then try to think of one more. Consider your strengths, gifts, or blessings. Most of all, don't forget to be patient with yourself. Depression takes time to heal. This way you can take a glance to assess sounds that would otherwise break your focus. 3) Clarify Objectives Know what your goal is clearly before you start. If you aren’t sure what the end result is, the confusion will make it impossible to focus. 4) Divide Blobs . If you have a large project that needs work, clearly identify a path that you will use to get started working on it. If the sequence of actions isn’t obvious, it will be difficult to concentrate. Taking a few minutes to plan not only your end result, but the order you will complete any steps, can save hours in wasted thinking. 5) Know the Rules Get clear on what the guidelines are for the task ahead. What level of quality do you need? What standards do you need to follow? What constraints are there? If the rules aren’t clear from the outset, you will slip out of concentration as you ponder them later. 6) Set a Deadline Deadlines have both advantages and disadvantages when trying to force concentration. A deadline can make it easier to forget the non-essential and speed up your working time. If you give yourself only an hour to design a logo, you will keep it simple and avoid fiddling with extravagant designs. Time limits have disadvantages when they cause you to worry about the time you have left instead of the task itself. 7) Break down Roadblocks Roadblocks occur whenever you hit a tricky problem in your work. This can happen when you run out of ideas or your focus wavers. Break down roadblocks by brainstorming or planning on a piece of paper. Writing out your thought processes can keep you focused even if you might become frustrated. 8) Isolate Yourself Become a hermit and stay away from other people if you want to get work done. Unless your work is based on other people they will only break your focus. Create a private space and refuse to talk to anyone until your work is finished. Put a sign on your door to steer away drop-ins and don’t answer your phone. 9) Healthy Body, Sharper Mind What you put into your body affects the way you concentrate. Nobody would expect peak performance if they showed up drunk to work. But if you allow yourself to get chronic sleep deprivation, overuse stimulants like caffeine or eat dense, fatty foods your concentration will suffer. Try to cut out one of your unhealthy habits for just thirty days to see if there is a difference in your energy levels. I’ve found even small steps can create dramatic changes in my ability to focus. 10) Be Patient Before I write an article, I often sit at my desk for a fifteen or twenty minutes before I put finger on the keyboard. During this time I feel a strong urge to leave or do something else. But I know that if I am patient, I’ll stumble upon an idea to write about and enter a state of flow. Without a little patience, you can’t take advantage of flow when it rushed through you. If you need strong concentration I recommend periods of 90-120 minutes. Any less than that and you will waste too much time getting started before the flow can continue. More than this is possible to sustain focus, but you will probably benefit from a quick break. These are the general guidelines for concentration, studying well or doing your job. Regards.

It must be very painful for you to have let go of a relationship that you were holding on for long time sailing through the ups and downs of the same. You have grieved for really long, 15 months is too long! about time to let go of her, she has clearly indicated that she has moved on and you should too. Ups and downs are good acid tests for relationships, you may also need to see your role in them. Learn from your mistakes and give life another chance. You may need to forgive and forget her, not for her sake but for yours. This is your life and what you want to do with it, depends on you. Whether you choose to ruin it because your girl friend has left you or you want to give priority to other important things in life like your studies, then career, your family etc is up to you. I'm sure you value your parents, your studies and other people around you, and who might be there to support you and care for you. Life is beautiful and you have choice to make it even more beautiful. So throw away any gift or pic or things you may have of her, delete her contact num and don't try to connect with her. Do it not because you want to hate her but because you want to free yourself from those memories. Don't hold any kind of grudge against her either. Just let her go from your mind. Don't try hard to forget. Just look at other things around you that need your attention, go around with friends, have fun, make schedule for your studies, set goals for your career, dream big. And when you focus on all the goods around you and the loving people that you have, forgetting her won't be difficult. Indulge in self care and love yourself. Take care.
