Initially you need to walk / jog in some Park. Relax with deep breaths. And then eat healthy food on time. You would certainly feel better. Further hand holding by an experienced Psychologist is recommended in order to overcome the negative cycle of self - belittling thoughts.

Stress itself can manifest as disease like you said and he needs to practise stress control by meditation and yoga. Or he may need to take some tablets and you can ask me directly

- If you have problem of premature ejaculation you can do Kegel's exercises ( start and stop flow method while urinating ).

Hello sir, I am 27 year old male. I have a strange problem which suffers me a lot mentally. My thoughts are not healthy and not constant. It seems my mind habituated to think negatively in every single thought. Give a situation, my mind use to think of negative side of it. May be this is the reason why i am very low in confidence and i am not able memorize what i read. Also i am not as energetic as others who are of my age. I am always dull and could not concentrate on anything. Please suggest any remedies. Thank you

We are all creatures of habit. If you form a regular pattern of thinking in the negative, then that is what you will tend to do. Perhaps it gives you satisfaction to be negatively oriented. Of course this will make you miserable because you are so focused on what is not there than what is there. You must now cultivate a positive outlook. Willfully chose to see the good side of things in life. This is a practice that will get perfect over a period of time, if you are consistent. You can see that it is demoralizing you, and you are suffering from memory problems. I have some exercises that will help. Exercise the positive by talking to someone and ask them to confront you each time you focus on the negative aspect. I don?t know if you are critical too. That will cause a social problem of isolation because people will not like to be with you or befriend you. This will then disturb you and make you more negative ? a vicious circle. Is this a family trait or where there influences in your upbringing that has contributed to this tendency. If so, work with a counselor to find the cause and to deal with it.

I am suffering from depression since last 4 yrs. I have not taken proper treatment yet .once I visited psychiatrist he gave me symbal 2.0.10 mg. I regularly taken that 10 days after then I stop n stop visiting doctor .i often get mood swings .i can not help it i'm dying day by day seriously. I started thinking negative day by day plzz help me to get better treatment. I do not only want to eat medicine .i want to talk to doctor but he directly gave me medicine without listening my problems. Please help me I can not focus on my work my family is depend on me. Im so tired I have forgot that i'm alive. Please I can not sleep at night my mind thinks 24 hours .when I wake up in morning my mind already starts thinking. Please I want to sleep i'm so tired of my life.

Hello dear you do need medicines, yes I agree the Dr. Should have listened to you & sggsted some life style measures as well, as you have mentioned treatment without medicines, that's a long process but the benefits are life-long. You should have a healthy start in the morning relatively relaxed mornings, some light exercise, avoid bed during day time keep it only for sex & sleep, no watching t. V. No reading and go to bed only when feeling sleepy, don't go to bed and wait for sleep, whatever time you might sleep, start your morning at a fixed time, avoid intoxicants--alcohol, smoking etc; socialise, not as a patient, normally. These kind of routine initially might appear difficult but in the long run benefits are huge, wishing you all the best!

I take rivotril half of 0.25 mg. In night before sleeping. Cause like that I have anxiety and can't sleep. I'm worried .does rivotril cause brain damage. Is trika safe then. I need a good safe sleeping pill which will suit me. Does rivotril is dangerous.

No it is safe but you have to take this medication under supervision of a Psychiatrist. 0.25 mg is very low dose. Take Rivotril 0.5 mg. Consult me online for detailed consultation.

Hi, I can understand your feelings. This is post traumatic stress. Generally it fades away with time. But if you r still feeling it then please see a professional counsellor or a psychiatrist asap. And immerse yourself in to some positive activities like sports, music. Also share your feelings with some friends. Go for a brisk walk daily for at least half an hour.

Hard Work brings success. No doubt Research-based strategies to boost your memory and keep it strong 7 Strategies for Remembering 1. Become interested in what you're learning. We're all better remembering what interests us. Few people, for example, have a difficult time remembering the names of people they find attractive. If you're not intrinsically interested in what you're learning or trying to remember, you must find a way to become so. 2. Find a way to leverage your visual memory. You'll be surprised by how much more this will enable you to remember. For example, imagine you're at a party and are introduced to five people in quick succession. How can you quickly memorize their names? Pick out a single defining visual characteristic of each person and connect it to a visual representation of their name, preferably through an action of some kind. Remember: Memory is predominantly visual. 3. Create a mental memory tree. If you're trying to memorize a large number of facts, find a way to relate them in your mind visually with a memory tree. Construct big branches first, then leaves. Branches and leaves should carry labels that are personally meaningful to you in some way, and the organization of the facts ("leaves") should be logical.. 4. Associate what you're trying to learn with what you already know. It seems the more mental connections we have to a piece of information, the more successful we'll be in remembering it. This is why using mnemonics. Write out the items to be memorized over and over and over. 5. When reading for retention, summarize each paragraph in the margin. This requires you to think about what you're reading, recycle it, and teach it to yourself again. Even take the concepts you're learning and reason forward with them; apply them to imagined novel situations, which creates more neural connections to reinforce the memory. 6. Do most of your studying in the afternoon. Though you may identify yourself as a "morning person" or "evening person" at least one Study. suggests your ability to memorize isn't influenced as much by what time of day you perceive yourself to be most alert but by the time of day you actually study—afternoon appearing to be the best. 7. Get adequate sleep to consolidate and retain memories. Not just at night after you've studied but the day, you study as well. Far better to do this than to stay up cramming all night for an exam.

This problem may be genetic. But do not think negative. Do not feel fear aisa kuch hua nahi uske liye aap present khrab kar rahe ho apke sochne se kuch nahi ho sakta. Aap apne nearest Dr. Se consult kare.
