Dear Doctor, I am 30 years old women and got married in sept' 16. We are planning to make baby from the month of April' 16 but still I am not able to conceive. Also I felt every time after having sex after 3-5 minutes sperm kind of water comes out. It is some kind of symptoms. Do I need to consult with doctor. Please give me suggestion. 0n 15th February 2018, my fiancee fingered my vagina. He may have touched himself too and so may have had a little semen in his fingers (mostly dried). Hi doctors, In my last vacation done proper intercourse with my wife after her periods. Her date was ended on 11th December 2016, from 13th to 16th we contacted. Here are 4 ways that weight training may harm your body are:

- Stretch after your workout: It is very important that you stretch after your weight training workout. Lack of stretching increases chances of injuring your muscles and may put a damper on your weight training muscles.
- Injuries: Injuries such as pulling a muscle or injuring your joints are very common if you lift weights. It is of utmost importance that you follow proper form while working out. An example of this would be when you don't keep your spine straight while squatting, thus resulting in a slipped disc injury.
