Irritation can be commonly due to allergy or infection or dryness, you need to visit nearby eye surgeon to check that. Also get your glass power checked

Recurrent sye is an indication of visual refractive error and need vision test The most common types of refractive errors are myopia, hyperopia, presbyopia, and astigmatism. Myopia (nearsightedness) is a condition where objects up close appear clearly, while objects far away appear blurry. With myopia, light comes to focus in front of the retina instead of on the retina.

There is no medication or food or exercise for improving eyesight or to get rid of glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is 18 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. As you are not comfortable with contact lens then go for lasik. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik carrots can't decrease number of your glasses.

Yellow Eyes since one year indicates many problems and some of the important ones are 1. Liver diseases such as jaundice, hepatitis and cirrhosis 2.Pterygium is a growth on the cornea (the clear front window of the eye) and the conjunctiva , the thin, filmy membrane that covers the white part of your eye (sclera). This growth is noncancerous and is fairly common. It is a triangular-shaped growth of fleshy tissue on the white of the eye that eventually extends over the cornea. This growth may remain small or grow large enough to interfere with vision. A pterygium can often develop from a pinguecula. Some pterygia may become red and swollen on occasion, and some may become large or thick, making you feel like you have something in your eye. If a pterygium is large enough, it can actually affect the shape of the cornea’s surface, leading to astigmatism. 3.Pinguecula is also a growth on the cornea (the clear front window of the eye) and the conjunctiva , the thin, filmy membrane that covers the white part of your eye (sclera). This is Non-Cancerous. It is a yellowish patch or bump on the conjunctiva, near the cornea. It most often appears on the side of the eye closest to the nose. It is a change in the normal tissue that results in a deposit of protein, fat and/or calcium. It is similar to a callus on the skin It is not entirely clear what causes pterygia and pinguecula to develop. Ultraviolet (UV) light from the sun is believed to be a factor in the development of these growths. Other factors believed to cause pterygia and pingueculae are dry eye and environmental elements such as wind and dust. My suggestion for you is to 1.Go for Blood tests empty stomach for CBC,THYROID PROFILE,LIPID PROFILE,LFT 2.Consult an Eye Specialist for a physical examination to rule out Pterygium and Pinguecula

Hi lybrate-user, The following are some effective natural remedies for treating headaches: Rosemary: Rosemary is very effective for treating headache caused by cold. Take a handful of this herb and boil in a litre of water and store in a mug. Cover your head with a towel and inhale the steam for as long as possible. Repeat this process till the patient is relieved of the headache. Beetle leaves: Betel leaf has analgesic and cooling properties. It should be applied over the affected part to relieve of intense headache. Clove: A paste made of clove and salt crystals in milk is very useful natural cure for headache. Salt has hygroscopic agents which absorbs fluid and decreases tension. Ginger: Ginger is an excellent pain killer. Make ginger ointment by rubbing dry ginger with a little water on a grinding stone. Apply this over the forehead for relief from headache. Henna: Henna flower cures headaches caused by heat of the sun. Make a plaster of henna flowers, add vinegar and apply this over the forehead. Lemon: Squeeze juice from three or four slices lemons into a cup of tea and drink this to get relief from headache. Lemon crusts are useful in headache caused by heat. Pound the lemon crusts in a mortar and make a fine paste. Apply paste on forehead for relief from headache. Applying yellow freshly pared off rind of a lemon on each side of the temple will also provide immediate relief. Apple cider vinegar and honey: Boil a cup of water and add apple cider vinegar and some honey and when steam comes of this, inhale this steam. It is very helpful in relieving a person of headache. Apple: Remove the upper rind and the inner hard portion of a ripe apple and eat the apple with a little salt every morning on empty stomach to get relief from headaches. Continue this for about one week. Marjoram: Marjoram is very helpful in treating nervous headaches. An infusion made of the leaves of marjoram should be taken as a tea for treatment of this condition. Peppermint: Drinking a few cups of peppermint tea is also very useful in treating headaches. Peppermint oil is very effective in relieving headaches due to tension. Dilute 3 to 4 drops of peppermint oil into one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and apply a small amount to the temples when the headache comes on. Add three drops of peppermint oil in warm bathing water and soak the patient in the water for about 15 minutes for relief from headache. Water: One or two large glasses of water also can relieve the person of headache because some headaches may be caused due to dehydration also. So a glass of cold water is the easiest and also effective natural cure for headaches. Lavender oil: Mix the oil with water and dip a clean piece of cloth into this mixture. Place the cloth on the region of pain to treat headaches. Eucalyptus: Take a few drops of eucalyptus and add it to boiling water. Remove from fire when steam starts to come.
