It is called as round ligament pain. It occurs because herr ligaments gets stretched by growing uterus, and with brisk movement or getting up it produces pain. If pain is severe one can take tab. Crocin or parcetamol for pain relief. In the meantime it is better to have per vaginal examination by a gynecologist to check whether you are not going in labor.

Hi, I have been suffering by sweating from foot to foot and hand foot since 15 years. Is there any solution for the same?

MBBS
General Physician, Faridabad
Avoid triggers that you know make your sweating worse, such as spicy foods and alcohol. Use antiperspirant frequently, rather than deodorant. Avoid wearing tight, restrictive clothing and man-made fibres, such as nylon. Wearing black or white clothing can minimise signs of sweating. Armpit shields can absorb excessive sweat and protect your clothes. Wear socks that absorb moisture, such as thick socks made of natural fibres, or special soles or sports socks designed to absorb moisture. Avoid wearing socks made out of man-made materials and change your socks at least twice a day if possible. Ideally wear shoes made of leather, and try to alternate between different pairs of shoes every day.

Dear user. If the woman do not have HIV, there is no chance of infection to you. Most commonly, people get or transmit HIV through sexual behaviors and needle or syringe use. No medicine or cream can grow breast. Breast implant is most effective and common procedure to increase size of breast. In this procedure silicon implant of desised size is pushed under breast tissue. Procedure is done under anaesthesia so there is no question of pain. Patient can go home in 3 to 4 hrs. You just need to wear supporting bra for some time and can return to work next day. Externally the look and feel of breast is just like natural young breast. Within few hrs you will regain your confidence and have attractive chest figure. In future pregnancy there is no problem in breast feeding. There is no risk of any major illness or disease associated with this procedure. We use international quality implants. Cost of procedure is75000rs Rhinoplasty is procedure done to beutify or reshaped the nose. Mostly broad, depressed and rounded tip nose need correction. We can correct almost every area of nose (tip, ala, nostril, nasal dorsum) by this procedurethe duration of procedure is 2 hrs and mostly you can go back home same day. There is no major after care ,no scar externally and you can resume your routine next day. Surgical cost of procedure start from 25000rs. Feel free to ask further.

Taking testosterone supplements will be affect health .I has no side effects and it increase muscles after I taking it.
Mr Pradeep, Thanks for the query. Testosterone hormone is known as an androgen, does help in building muscels. Many body builders and some persons who want to build excess muscles do use it. But it has side effects affecting liver, thickening of skin, increased libido, reduction is HDL cholesterol, heart is also affected. Some persons may develop gynecomastia (increased size of breast in men). It does help in building muscles but above side effects are definitely bothersome. Thanks.

Risk Factors And Complications Of Scabies!

Risk Factors And Complications Of Scabies!

Scabies is a skin condition that causes the skin to itch. It is caused by a tiny burrowing mite, which is called Sarcoptes scabei. The presence of the mite in the burrowed areas causes intense itching, especially at night. This a contagious condition, which can quickly spread through physical contact in places like nursing homes, schools, prisons etc. An estimate shows that scabies infect over 300 million humans worldwide per year. This eight-legged microscopic mite creates a tunnel in the human skin and lays eggs in it. These larvae move under the surface of the skin and spread across the whole body, once hatched. Dogs, cats and mice can also be affected by the disease.

It usually takes 2 - 6 weeks for the symptoms to develop. Signs and symptoms of scabies involve itching, rashes, sores and thick crusts on the surface of the skin.

Some of the risk factors of scabies are:

  1. An infected person can easily pass scabies to his/her household or sexual partners. Scabies in adults is usually sexually acquired.
  2. The likelihood of scabies increases easily under crowded conditions which involves close body and skin contact. Nursing homes, prisons, and several types of care facilities are sites of scabies outbreaks.
  3. Scabies spreads through direct, prolonged skin-to-skin contact with a person who has mites.

Complications of scabies include:

  1. Persistent and vigorous scratching can break the surface of your skin which can lead to secondary bacterial infections. Impetigo, a superficial infection is quite a common occurrence in case of such.
  2. Crusted scabies is the most severe form of scabies which is common among certain groups. People suffering from diseases such as HIV or leukemia and severely ill people who have weakened immune systems are at a higher risk of contracting this condition. This condition, also known as Norwegian scabies is very contagious and also hard to cure. Depending on the symptoms and severity of the condition, appropriate medications and creams are prescribed by medical professionals. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor and ask a free question.

Hi roshan male to male attraction is just a matter of sexual orientation which is a pattern of emotional, romantic and sexual attraction. Attraction can be towards men women or both. No finding has emerged so far that permits scientists to conclude that sexual orientations (heterosexual, bisexual, gay or lesbian) are determined by any particular factor (s). Homosexuality doesn't fall under mental disorders. Lgb relations are normal form of human bonding. Prejudice/taboo prevails in our society which makes it difficult to understand and accept as normal. I hope you will come across a partner who shares views same as urs and may b have similar sexual orientation. All the best.

Hello, wear loose cotton underclothes. Keep the private parts dry. Change underclothes regularly. It may be due to a fungal infection which thrives in humid, wet environments. Apply d-k gel or k-z cream twice a day on itchy areas for 6 weeks. If no satisfactory improvement, please see a local dermatologist for further assessment.

Blood sugar levels both fasting and pp should be mentioned. Also hba1c % also should be informed, based on which guidance may be given. Insulin being taken may not be adequate. Patient has to do self monitoring of blood glucose at home and then decide on changes in insulin dosage. Please seek your doctor's advise. Dosage can be increased every alternate day by two units based on dailyfasting glucose level. Dosage to be stabilsed once the target level of fasting blood glucose is achieved.

If you want to control your diabetes (blood sugar) then there is no alternative other than taking allopathic medication. Till date there is no other treatment for established diabetes other tahn either oral anti diabetic drugs or insulin. If you are not willing to take these drugs then I am not aware of any other treatment you are very young, so please rethink because diabetes if uncontrolled affects all the systems in the body like kidneys, heart, blood vessels (small and large), eyes, nerves and legs. If you are willing to change please inform me.

I am 21 years old and I am suffering from psoriasis what precautions should I need to take please suggest.
Psoriasis is genetic disorder triggered due to stressful conditions and irregular life style. Scalp psoriasis is a disease which should be treated in initial stages to prevent the disease to spread to other parts of body including joints and nails. On using various lotions and shampoos available in the market there is healing but disease reoccurs after some time. The internal ayurvedic medicines help in providing blood purification and oil we provide helps to prevent reoccurrence. Curcumine (Haldi) is also helpful to prevent reoccurrence. For detailed queries like: 1. Causes of psoriasis 2. Is it genetic or can it spread to next generation 3. Causes of spread of disease after it remains stable for some years 4. Should we use Homeopathy, Allopathy or Ayurveda. You can send pictures of the affected area. After reviewing the case individually, will guide you about the best possible treatment and time frame.
