May be you are suffering from bppv. An ent surgeon who treat vertigo will be able to diagnose it. You may need to do certain positional menuvure. It's curable.

Please do a culture sensitivity test if your sputum and take a course of antibiotics according to the report.

You should see an ENT specialist. Place a cotton in ear canal. Keep ear dry. Don't put ear drop if not absolutely indicated.

most likely a bleeding fron inside the nose or sinuses. . keep nose moist. please do at least an x Ray pns. if not CT scan pns. . take sinus treatment if indicated

If the antibiotic is not responding for two days you need to see ENT specialist. Add Betadine gargle.
