Please read my health tip on Healthy eating in pregnancy. A diet well balanced in proteins and vitamins/minerals- like milk, egg, dal, fruits and green vegetables and if non-veg then fish and chicken is good. Also take enough carbohydrates like cereals, chapatti, brown bread and moderate rice

Stay Flexible, Move Easier

Stay Flexible, Move Easier

Your body is designed to move. It thrives on reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, climbing, and jumping. Your body grows stronger and your senses awaken when your muscles are pumping, blood rushes through your body, oxygen fills your lungs, and your mind is engaged. So whether you enjoy dancing, running, walking, gardening, athletics, or yoga, it’s important you do something that nourishes your body with the power of movement. This book is meant to help everyone get started with gentle stretches that can be stepping-stones to a more active lifestyle.

Flexibility is not a goal to be achieved and then forgotten. To maintain flexibility, you must continue to teach your body movements that push you to new heights. The information about what is best for your body can be overwhelming and difficult to decipher, but you can rise above the uncertainty by staying focused on three basic principles:

1. You are in charge of taking care of your body.

2. Your body needs good fuel, regular exercise, preventive maintenance, and lots of TLC.

3. If you listen to your body, it will tell you how well you’re doing so you can adjust your plan accordingly.

While there’s no doubt that flexibility is essential to mobility, balance, athletic performance, and injury prevention, it’s important to know what flexibility is. Flexibility is the ability to move a joint through its full range of motion (ROM).

Flexibility training shouldn’t be confused with simply stretching, though. Many times stretching is no more than a kind of“spot check” to see how well you’re moving, like lifting your heel to your buttocks just before going on a quick run.

Flexibility training, on the other hand, is the thoughtful art of putting together dynamic movements, static stretches, and other techniques you’ll learn here as a way to achieve maximum function and ROM in your joints.

Done properly, flexibility training will actually increase the elasticity of your muscles and the tendons that connect muscles to bones.Think of flexibility as the desired outcome and stretching as the means to achieve it.

It is safe to consume soaked walnuts and almond in first trimester and throughout the pregnancy .There are different types of omega-3s: ALA (alpha-linolenic acid), DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid). The form known as ALA is found mostly in vegetable oils, flaxseed, walnuts, and dark leafy vegetables, like kale and spinach, which your body can change small amounts of into EPA and DHA, but it won't provide as much omega-3 as fatty fish sources like mackerel and salmon,

After pregnancy test with preganews kit ,how to identify her pregnancy week means 6 week ,8 week, 14 week.

M.B.S.(HOMEO), MD - Homeopathy

After pregnancy test with preganews kit ,how to identify her pregnancy week means 6 week ,8 week, 14 week.
6 th Week pregnancy: Your Growing Baby: The heart begins to pump blood, and the neural tube that will become the spine closes (which is why taking folic acid early is essential). The embryo takes on a C-shape; arm and leg buds begin to form; and the skin is translucent. Length: about 1∕4 inch. Fetus fact: The heart will beat 54 million times before birth! 8th Week pregnancy: Your Growing Baby: Brainwave activity starts. Fingers and toes begin to form and are webbed. Lungs, ears, eyes, upper lip and nose start to form. The body is beginning to straighten, and subtle movements begin. Length: about 1∕2 inch. 14th Week pregnancy: Your Growing Baby: Your baby is about 4 to 4 ½ inches and about 1 ¾ of an ounce. If you could see your baby's face, you might be able to see her wince and grimace, because her facial muscles are developing and flexing. All of her tiny organs, nerves, and muscles are starting to function. The intestines have moved farther into the baby's body; her liver begins to secrete bile, which will later aid in the digestion of fats; and her pancreas begins to produce insulin, a hormone which turns sugar into energy. ALL THESE IDENTIFY BY THE ULTRASONOGRAPHY A qualitative HCG blood test checks if there is a hormone called human chorionic gonadotropin in your blood. HCG is a hormone produced in the body during pregnancy. Other HCG tests include: HCG urine test. Quantitative pregnancy test (checks specific level of HCG in your blood) Levels can first be detected by a blood test about 11 days after conception and about 12-14 days after conception by a urine test. Typically, the hCG levels will double every 72 hours.
