Tell her to start calcium supplement first. She should do regular walk and yoga. Stop sour and chilled food items. Medicines. Dashmoolarishta 2-2spoons with equal quantity of warm water. Mahayograaj guggul 2-2-2 for 6months.

Knee pain cannot be explained by gas. Your mom is 50 so she must have developed early osteoarthritis which is the most common cause of knee pain if there is no history of trauma. Try pain killers only when necessary and start physiotherapy to strengthen the quadriceps muscle. Give it 3 weeks and the re-evaluate.

You take homoeo medicine belladonna 30 (6 to 8 pills) --3 times (hourly) in the morning and arsenicum iode 30---3 times (hourly) in the evening for 4 days. Take complete rest and easily digestible light food. If the fever continues after 3 or 4 days, have a check-up with local doctor.

Hi 1) wear comfortable sports shoes 2) make daily routine of exercise 3) rule out calcium and vit d deficiency 4) do proper warm up before exercise and cool down after exercise 5) do stretching of legs do exercise under supervision of skilled physiotherapist. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

It could be due to cervical spondylosis this is quite a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do neck & back (spine) exercises use of cervical collar will give you relief. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you will need other supportive medicines also. Do reply back for private consultation and detailed treatment plan.

Dear, back pain in a young person can be usually postural due to prolonged hours of sitting and working. Esp like a desk job. If you have no pain radiating down the legs, numbness or weakness of the legs you need not worry. Seeing a physio and starting on core strengthening exercises for the low back will be a good idea. If it has occurred after lifting weights and you have radiating pain an mri will be worth it and see an orthopaedic / spinal surgeon.

Hi, I am 20 years old I have masturbated only 10-12 times so far but I am suffering from night fall for past 3 yrs. Night fall occurs for every 20-23 days. Hello lybrate user, leg pain after running is common due to spasm in the leg muscles known as tibialis anterior which functions to pull the foot towards your body during walking, running. When a person runs or exerts an unaccustomed stress there occurs production of lactic acid in the muscle which is quite painful.
