Hello you should take antioxidant with nerve supplements to open your mouth. You have to try forcefully mouth opening by ice sticks. Avoid hot food. Avoid spicy food. You can use corticosteroid steroids injection to open mouth.
Drink plenty of water. Eat green vegetables. Eat more foods like Apple banana watermelon orange take more milk shake avoid cold drinks and apply kanacort gel over mouth ulcer. Regular uptake of vitamins help you prevention.
