Take pranacharya allergin capsule twice a day. Take panchnimbadi churna with water twice a day. Take panchtikta ghrit guggul and arogya vardhini vati with warm water. Take pranacharya charm vikarasav 2-2 tsf with water twice a day. Apply marichyadi oil on affected part. Take these medicines in supervision of a good ayurvedic doctor.

It is natural and nothing to worry about. It is power of accomodation which your eyes require to accomodate whileecoming froma more brighter area toa les brighter area just like in movie theatres but if your problem is something more than this and you are unable to see properly in dark then it can be asserious problem and you require a certain physical examination of your eyes by consulting an opthalmologist physically-------------

1.Lemon is the best natural remedy for skin lightening. It helps to reduce the blemishes and dark spots. Rub fresh lemon juice over the darkened skin and leave it for 10 minutes. Wash off with cool water. Remember not to expose yourself to the sun, while doing this treatment. There is no way that you look for skin lightening tips and not find lemon on the list. You should be careful as lemon can cause irritation on the wounds and cuts. 2.Beat an egg till it’s fluffy and frothy. Apply on the face and keep it on till it dries off completely. Wash off with cool water. You can also add lemon juice or 2 drops of lavender oil or tea tree oil, to reduce the smell of the egg. 3.Tomato contains lycopene, which helps to reduce tan instantly. A perfect choice for the home remedies for skin lightening. This face pack will lighten the skin tone, reduce tan and eliminate the dead cells on the face. In a blender, add 1-2 tomatoes and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice. You can also add gram flour (besan) into it. Blend well to make a smooth paste. Apply this all over the face and keep for 20 minutes. Wash off with cool water and repeat this procedure daily before bath.

It's nice to know that you are teetotaller and vegetarian. You can take vitamin e rich diet. Olive oil, wheat germ oil and sunflower oil, almonds. You may contact doctor for the same.

Kindly take mahatikta kshayam, 3 tsf in half glass of warm water with gandhaka rasyana tabs, 3 tabs, twice a day before meals. Take indukantha ghrita, 15 ml , in half a glass of warm water, 1 hr after meals. Dont eat anything after taking indukantha ghrita other than warm water to make it digest quickly and make it more effective. Stop cold eatables, cold water, curd, fried food, spicy food in your diet. Cut down intake of sugar and salt in your diet. Stop eating afte, 7:30 pm. Make sure your take sleep 7 to 8 hrs at night regularly. Continue the regime for 2 months. Good luck

Hi, this is because of allergic rhinitis. Take tab. Septillin 2-0-2 after food and rhinorin lehya 1 tsf twice daily followed by milk for 3 months continuously. Take imunocin 1 tab. Twice a day for 3 months to gain immunity in the body. Avoid cold and refrigerated food. Avoid sweets and oil fried food. Perform pranayama daily in the morning for 10-15 mins. Avoid exposure to dust by tying a kerchief or a mask around the face covering the nose.

PORES TREATMENT 1.Wash your face before you go to bed each night. Going to bed wearing still wearing makeup, as well as any dirt and debris that may have collected on your face during the day, is a sure way to clog your pores. If your pores routinely look large, this could be part of the problem. Get into the habit of cleansing your face each and every night so your pores will be less likely to get clogged. Use warm water, rather than hot or cold, so your skin will be less likely to get irritated. Pat your face dry with a soft towel. 2. Use a cleanser that doesn't irritate your skin. Many cleansers contain harsh ingredients that cause dry, irritated skin. When your pores are irritated, they look wider and more "open." In order to keep them closed, it's best to use a gentle cleanser that washes away dirt without causing your skin to dry out.( PREFERABLY USE CLEANSING MILK ( BAKSON) Choose a cleanser that's sulfate free. Sulfates are harsh cleansers that can strip the skin of its natural oils and leave it dry and itchy. Avoid using a cleanser with scrubbing beads on a daily basis. The beads could be irritating to your skin, and should only be used sparingly. 3. Try the oil cleansing method. It's becoming increasingly popular to replace soap with oil as a facial cleanser. It might sound counterintuitive to use oil to wash your face, but it's actually quite effective. The oil binds with your skin's natural oils and gently washes away dirt, sweat, and makeup without the need for harsh chemicals. Just smooth it over your skin and use a wet washcloth to wipe it off using a circular motion. Here are a few oil combinations to try out: For combination skin: Mix 1/2 teaspoon castor oil and 2 teaspoons olive oil. For dry skin: Mix 1/4 teaspoon castor oil and 2 teaspoons coconut or olive oil. 4. Splash your face with water in the morning. After getting a good night's sleep, it feels refreshing to splash your face with water. Since you don't wake up wearing makeup, there's no need to wash your face using a cleanser; in fact, it's better for your skin to give it a break and just use water. Pat your face dry with a soft towel. 5. Exfoliate every few days. Dead skin builds up on the surface of your skin, mixes with sweat and dirt, and ends up clogging pores. Exfoliating your skin regularly will prevent your pores from getting clogged so quickly. The result will be closed, small-looking pores as opposed to clogged pores that look big and open. One of the best ways to exfoliate is by simply using a washcloth. Wet your face and scrub it gently using circular motions. ( Preferably USE APRICOT SCRUB ( BAKSON) Facial scrubs are also good. Try a mixture of ground almonds and honey. 6. UNCLOGGING PORES (A) Do a steam treatment. This is a great way to open your pores so you can get rid of the small plugs of dead skin and dirt that are making them appear large and open. Heat a small pot of water until it begins to steam, then hold your face over it and drape a towel over your head. Let the steam bathe your face for three to five minutes, then rinse your face with cool water. Steaming your face opens up your pores, allowing them to become unclogged. Rinsing afterward gets rid of the debris, leaving your pores fresh and clean. Use cool water to close your pores. (B) Use a MUD PACK. MUD is a natural element that draws impurities out of the skin as it dries. When you do a MUD mask, dry mud is mixed with water to form a paste, which you smooth over your face. Let it dry completely, then rinse it away with cool water. • Many Mud packs are avaliable in stores but I will prefer MUD PACK ( BAKSON) 7.TONING AND MOISTURISING (A) Always rinse and tone when you're finished cleansing. Whether you steam or use a mask, always remember to rinse away the dirt when you're finished. Follow up by using a toner on your face. Toner helps restore your skin's pH balance after cleansing, giving it a youthful, glowing appearance and helping to close pores. (B) Avoid toners with chemicals that could inflame your skin. Beauty supply stores carry many different toners. Look for one that works with your skin type, but avoid toners with excess chemicals, perfumes, and dyes that could irritate or dry out your skin. These toners will do more harm than good, and your pores will end up looking larger instead of smaller. Avoid toners that contain alcohol, which can dry out the skin. Avoid toners that contain glycerin and fragrances, since these can cause allergic reactions. (C) Try apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar is made from fermented apples, and is a gentle, natural toner for any type of skin. Mix 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon of water, then use a cotton ball to apply it to your skin after rinsing. Let your skin dry, then moisturize it. (D) Try a honey mask to tone your skin. Plain, raw honey is an excellent toner for skin. Simply spread some on your face and let it sit for about ten minutes, then rinse it away with warm water. Your pores will tighten up and your face will feel fresh and youthful. (E) Finish your routine by moisturizing. Using a good face moisturizer( ALOVERA CREAM ( BAKSON) is key to keeping your pores closed, since dry skin can become irritated and lead to large-looking pores. Chose an alcohol-free moisturizer that doesn't contain perfumes and excess chemicals so you make sure you don't irritate your skin.

Gastric Bypass Surgery - Who Can Go For It?

Are you overweight and thinking about undergoing a weight loss surgery? If yes, then you can opt for a gastric bypass surgery in which certain changes are made to your digestive system. Due to these changes, the amount of food you consume gets limited and the absorption of nutrients also gets reduced. Hence, weight is lost due to a reduced appetite or stomach capacity. This surgery is undertaken by people who face severe health difficulties because of being overweight. Gastric bypass surgery is a very common form of weight loss surgery associated with fewer complications.

Why is it carried out?
A gastric bypass surgery is carried out to help you lose excess weight. This reduces the risk of several weight related health problems such as heart diseases, hypertension, severe sleep apnea, strokes, type 2 diabetes and gastroesophageal reflux disease. This surgery is undertaken when a person fails to lose weight after following several other methods.

Who is it for?
You can undergo a gastric bypass surgery only when your body mass index or BMI is 40 or higher, or when your BMI is between 35 to 39.9 and you also have a severe condition such as type 2 diabetes or high blood pressure. This surgery is not for all people who are overweight and several criteria have to be fulfilled before deciding on getting a gastric bypass surgery.

Procedure
This surgery has to be carried out at a hospital and the patient is given general anesthesia. The surgery depends on the individual situation of the patient and on the surgeon who will perform the surgery. Most bariatric or gastric bypass surgeries are carried out laparoscopically. A laparoscope, which is a small, tubular device with a camera attached to it, is inserted into the abdomen via small incisions. The camera allows the surgeon to see the inside your abdomen and perform the procedure. A laparoscopic surgery is efficient and the patient recovers faster than other modes of surgery. The surgery takes several hours to be successfully completed. The patient may have to stay at the hospital for five days.

Results
Gastric bypass surgery or bariatric surgery provides long-term weight loss. The amount of weight that will be lost depends on the surgical procedure and the patient’s new lifestyle and habits. It is possible to lose more than 50% of the pre-surgery body weight within a span of two years. Along with weight loss, the surgery also improves and resolves various conditions related to obesity.

A gastric bypass surgery also improves a patient’s ability to undertake regular activities. This improves the quality of life and the patient gains confidence and self-esteem. •Mix required amounts of gram flour, lemon juice and curd or yogurt. Apply this paste on tan affected area of forehead and face. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash it with water. This is an exclusive face pack prepared at home to remove tan from your skin in a very easy and effective way. A mixture of egg white, milk cream and honey works excellent against skin tanning. Mix tomato juice with honey or yogurt and apply it daily on skin to remove tanning.

I am 26 yers old, non smoker non drinker, I eat healthy too. From one and half year I have a small lump on mu right nipple, it does not go, few girls told me its normal, But I am scared now, I do not see any other symptoms, no pain or swelling or any rashes. Hi lybrate-user 1]water- think of water as a food group in your diet. Always carry a bottle of water in your bag to keep yourself hydrated as well as active throughout the day. Sometimes we don't realise that we just need a glass of water and instead think that we are hungry, so drinking water frequently will save you from overeating but avoid roadside vendors for juices and unpacked water. 2] breakfast- never miss your breakfast even if you are in a hurry, it should be the heaviest and the healthiest meal of the day as it not only boosts up metabolism but also increase concentration levels and charge your body for the day ahead, moreover it will drag you away from unhealthy eating on the way to your office. 3]avoid eating at late night -responding to official emails and calls may demand your time but that does not make you eligible for snack reward, especially avoid coffee and caffeine-containing colas for peaceful and sound sleep. 4] avoid sugary drinks while socialising, read labels carefully and look for latent names of sugar like maple syrup, corn syrup, cane juice, glucose etc. Also, avoid processed and prepackaged foods to cut back on salty snacks. Sugar and salt are the main culprits for giving us bigger waistlines and, therefore, threat to our hearts, not only this processed food may result in constipation. Some food suggestions for breakfast; egg whites or low-fat cheese multigrain bread or roll fresh fruits tea or coffee with skimmed milk or missi roti curds fruits or idli sambhar fruits some food suggestions for meals salad with fat-free dressing soup veggie broth sandwiches whole grains lean meats like fish n chicken seasonal and regional veggies chappati steamed brown rice dals and pulses - sprouted or cooked avoid desserts or take small portion of it some low-calorie alternative foods chappati is better than parantha steamed rice is better than pulao replace fried veggies with steamed veggies try grilled chicken rather than butter chicken fried eggs can be replaced with boiled eggs lemon dressing is better than salad oil dressings like mayonnaise fruits instead of fruit juices would be a great choice why not try buttermilk instead of squash replace processed cheese with cottage cheese lifestyle modifications avoid alcohol quit smoking go for medical check-ups on regular basis exercise, exercise and exercise, at least, 5 times a week join dance or yoga class keep smiling, sleep early to rise early.
