Bad breath. Sir my mouth smell very bad everyday. I brush twice in day. Bt problem remain same. I used chewgum to avoid dis problem. Even take limcee tablets but prob remain same. Please suggest me.

BDS
Dentist, Mumbai
Bad breath can be due to various reasons. If you have bleeding gums or tartar accumulation on your teeth, a dental cleaning will help you overcome the problem. If you have any other issue like constipation or acidity or sinusitis etc, you need to get the root cause of the problem treated. In the meanwhile you can use any over the counter mouthwash and maintain a good oral hygiene which will reduce the bad smell to some extent.

Diet is 80% no amount of exercise will help if you do not balance your diet. And for toning your lower body weight training with low weights and fast counts will help a lot. Running and cross trainer cardio will be very effective. And you can even try squats and lunges.
