I have problem of digestion, which give me headache every day and having problem in my daily motion, and I cant sleep more then 4-5 hrs in night mostly having to much thoughts in mind which keep me awake in night.

Dear , you are stage 3 chronic kidney disease, you should have protein less than 0.6 gm/kg day low potassium i. E restrict fruits and fruit juices to less than 100 gm day follow a diabetic diet please give details of your other reports and medications such that we can help you better.

I am a married man of 33 years of age and have a decent sex life with my partner (2-3 times in a week). But currently when we have sex, I feel some extra pain on tip of my penis which was unusual. From next day, I feel too much pain on urinating, or pulling down my foreskin. I saw blood also from the bottom of the penis's tip.

Respected Sir 1.Based on your symptoms, you might be having phimosis (tight foreskin). 2.Are you able to retract it completely? Try to slowly retract the foreskin back daily and clean the undersurface with soap and water and keep the area dry. 3.A tight foreskin presents with difficulty in the intercourse, like you may develop cracks and tears on the foreskin. 4.Please consult a Urologist who would assess the condition and provide you appropriate treatment. 5.You might require surgical removal of the foreskin (Circumcision) if the problem persists. Do not worry, it is a minor day care procedure with minimal complications. Hope this helps Good Day.

My wife 39 years old sufferring from neck, back and knee pain since 3-4 years. Mri findings are gap in l5, l6. Please advise, how to treat this pain anf cure permenantly as surgery is not safe.

Addicted to alcohol from 10 years and now he decided not to consume alcohol and now he is getting shivering his hands, unable to eat food, mind out of control etc.
