Healthy Gums

Dentist, Jamshedpur
Healthy Gums
You can exercise for healthier gums as well. Gently bite down so as to make sure that your teeth make a clinking sound when they meet. Repeat this 30 to 40 times continuously. This exercise will stimulate the flow of blood and will keep your gums healthy.

My front tooth is half break and it is very painful. So you tell me what should I do.
Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need artificial enamel filling or root canal treatment with a cap. Advance procedures can be done with laser.. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

I have so much pain in my teeth when I drink anything cold. Suggest me what I have to do.
It can be either due to decay or sensitivity. Get your teeth x-rayed to determine the cause of pain. Decay can be removed n cavity can be filled with cement with or without rct depending on the proximity of decay to the nerve endings. For sensitivity, use desensitizing toothpaste like sensodyne twice daily.

There is no such thing called home remedy for teeth. Root canal is a proper cleaning of your teeth which includes removing of pulp, nerves, blood vessels along with bacteria. I prefer you to visit a naer by dentist and allow him to fix that. Thankyou.

If you want to fill the cavity by yourself you need to go to learn and study a course known as BDS ie bachelor of dental surgery. Which is a five year course and then you are able to do certain works on your own else you need to visit the people who have already done that known as dentist.
