1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6.Take light dinner. 7.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time . 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill

Hello Stop to drink cold food and drinks as it causing soar throat and cough. Try to use hot water sipping boiled with ginger every half-hour for whole day. You may use TALISADI POWERED 1/2 TSF twice daily with honey.

CONSTIPATION:is due to an incorrect lifestyle and irregular eating patterns, not taking enough fluids,sedentary lifestyle.Foods that are heavy and difficult to digest, as well as oily, spicy, fried, and junk foods are the culprits. Eating food in a disturbed atmosphere or in front of the television and being awake late at night all lead to bowel disturbance. Psychological factors like stress, anxiety, fear, jealousy, and sorrow also play an important role. DIET & LIFESTYLE ADVICE: Increase intake of fiber, especially fruits and cooked vegetables. An Apple or Pineapple/Pomegranate each day is helpful.  Drink 7-8 glasses of lukewarm water each day. Take daily morning and evening walks for at least 20-30 minutes each. Eat whole grains /nuts/sprouts and Muesli in breakfast Avoid removing bran from the flour because it clears the intestines  Avoid refined foods like white flour, bread, pasta, pizza, white rice,or high protein foods like cheese,meat and cold foods like ice cream or chilled drinks  Take meals in a relaxed and calm atmosphere. The food should be warm and freshly -prepared, as cold food slows the digestive power. Take 30 ml/6 tsp of syp Duphalac thrice daily after meals with lukewarm water. Soak 3-4 dried figs after washing them overnight in water. Eat them first thing in the morning,

Sir, I slipped in bathroom in 2012. I felt pain over thigh of left leg. Immediately I went to hospital. Thigh was not bloated. Doctor only gave me medicine and ointment. I used it and after a week I got cured. But after 5 year in last 2 days I am feeling pain over left thigh again. I am now afraid of and getting worry what have I to do to get completely cure of this. It could be due to gastritis, indigestion or worm infestation. Deworming is advised. Eat fresh food and avoid processed foods, fermented foods. Eat smaller meals instead of heavy foods. Eat 3 -4servings of fruits daily. Take antacid if required. Hope this helps u.

Sugar is used as a natural exfoliant for skin. It is one of the best home remedies to get rid of stretch marks. Take a tablespoon of sugar. Add some drops of almond oil and lemon juice in it. Stir it well and apply directly on the stretch marks. Rub it for 8-10 minutes and then, take a shower. Continue to use it for one month or so, until the stretch marks gets fade out.

I am a diabetic since 1989. I am under continuous treatment and my blood glucose levels remain under control mostly. But for last two years I have been suffering from acute acidity. Doctor has prescribed omez 20 once daily empty stomach. This medicine has given me relief. Can omez 20 be continued for a long time?

Dear lybrate-user, improve your diet, timing of diet. Avoid smoking and alcohol. Avoid fried items. Don't lie down soon after meals. Have omez only when you get acidity. Long term use of omez may lead to bone thinning or osteoporosis. Check the list of medicines and remove offending agent with help of your doctor. Long standard diabetes leads to gastroparesis or slow move of stomach which leads to acid reflux. Discuss this with your doctor.
