My symptoms are tiredness, fatigue, muscle pain and little joint pain sometimes. If I take 200mg of hcqs per day, I feel good and normal. If I take 400mg of hcqs per day, I get headache, nausea, dizziness, tiredness, muscle pain etc. So, pls suggest me the strength of hcqs I should take?

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

1) Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) Start natural calcium supplement. 3) Do regular stretching exercise 4) In yoga DO BHUJANGASAN, HALASAN & SURYANAMASKAR. This will give you relief in mild to moderate cases. Give feedback after 7 days. I have severe arthritis. N so hv terrible insomnia. I do not want steroids for this. Now I am on secondary stage. Its unbearable. Now continuously hv knee pain. M flares also frequently. Please suggest me diet and non steroidal tabs if there are so. And so I am addicted to benadryl from last 3 yrs. Is there any side effects if I intake so long. I also suffering from hyper tension.

You have to do quadriceps strenghning excersise. Do it regular basis .u can also do hot pack if pain is mild or cold pack if pain is severe.
