Hair hair fall could b significant or just physiological without any systemic involvement. Firstly, don't stress over it. Meditate. Practice yoga. Relax yourself. Stress vil increase your hairfall. Drink two litres of water. Eat plenty of pulses, meat, fish and milk. Avoid hair cosmetics. Wash hair twice or thrice a week. Shampoo should be done to wash dirt, dust and grime and not for anything else. Don't use dyes, bleaches or straighteners. Massage scalp to improve circulation. After a bath, don't blow dry your hair instead naturally dry hair. If any scalp infection, get it treated. Any allergy should be taken care of.

You can use. Proanagen lotion twice a day over scalp with finger tip cap. Androanagen once a day. X-gain shampoo do it all for 2-3 month. All the best.

I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take bath at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes Consult me if symptom persist

It's a fungal disease and can be cured by taking proper antifungal medicines for it. You need to keep the affected area dry as to avoid it's spread to other areas. For treatment you need to send a picture of the affected area so proper extent is known and treatment started accordingly. Till that time you can apply onabet cream.

Sir early morning take atleast 2 glasses of warm water. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. No water after meal. Take 1 glass water before going to bed at night. Drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. Don't drink water in a gulp, instead drink water slowly sip by sip. Take 5 soaked badam in morning after drinking water. Green tea you can take 1 cup morning and evening after meals or before meals. To lose weight reduce intake of milk, no packed food, no oats. Eggs only white portion in morning. Body gains weight due to different reasons like improper digestion, acidity, constipation, side-effects of some medicine, low physical activity.

I am diabetic 2 since 2014 the Hba1c level then was 7.70%. I am hypertensive since 1999 am taking amlodipine 5mg at 6AM and Cardivilol 12.5mg at 5pm. I am taking glyciphage SR 500 I tab b/f and 1/2 tab in the evening. For diabetes. The present level of Hba1c in Jan 2016 is still 7.70%. Is it Ok. I am a sensitive person by nature get hurt easily by callous remarks of family members for whom we have so much our entire life. I am unable to go for walks though I want to do so. Please advise any food habits to be restricted. I do not take raw sugar or sweeteners I am 57 years old.

Presently your diabetes control seems fine but you can improve upon it by: 1. Diet - small but frequent meals, 2. Exercise - atleast 30 mins of brisk walk daily 3. Medicine - regular intake of all your tablets do not get hurt by remarks of your family members. Its only the love and care of the family that keeps us going through the rough times of our lives.

. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Navdeep workout and diwt control both things are important for weight balance..do 30 to 45 minute cardeo exercises preferable walking..take warm water with lemon and honey...take high fibre diet...dinner should be light and should be taken till maximum 8pm

It's better to start medicine Atorvastatin 10mg once a day for a minimum of one year and do aerobics exercise and eat a low fat content in your diet And yes high levels of lipoprotein A is dangerous and can cause stroke or myocardial infarction even at a young age

6 Ways to Stop a Panic Attack

A panic attack can start suddenly and may be caused due a variety of reasons. A patient of depression and anxiety usually goes through such attacks. The symptoms of these attacks include sudden and persistent fear, the feeling of losing control, the feeling of having a heart attack, palpitations problem, sweating, dizzy spells and more. It has been medically proven that most adults go through at least one or more panic attacks in their lifetime.

Here are a few ways in which one can stop a panic attack:

  1. Recognise the Signs: Take note of the symptoms. From a feeling of choking to detachment, losing control, surreal experiences, dizzy spells, nausea, pain in the abdomen and chills, to tremors, and a fear of facing death, there are many symptoms that can put your body in a fight or flight response where things may suddenly seem terrifying, and without any reason at that.
  2. Breath Control: Learn to control your breathing as soon as you begin to experience the symptoms. This will help in distraction even as it soothes and calms you down, thus forcing you to think rationally about the fear and helplessness that you are suddenly experiencing. Sit down with your knees bent and let your shoulders relax.
  3. Relaxation Techniques: Learn and practice a few relaxation techniques during times like these. This may include simple things like rubbing your neck and more focused activities like talking to yourself and meditating.
  4. Continuation: Remember to hold your breath, let it out, and then carry on with the activity that you had set out to do. If you stop what you were doing, then the message going to your brain is loud and clear and you will panic even further. But if you relax and zone out before letting yourself go about the chore, however robotically, then it will have a positive effect on the messages that are sent to your brain.
  5. Medication: In the event that you are not able to fully control and relax yourself and your thoughts, then you may want to see a psychiatrist who can prescribe specific medication that will help in relaxing you. Sedatives and antidepressants may also be prescribed for patients who are going through severe episodes of panic with debilitating symptoms.
  6. Differentiate between Stress and Panic: Many times, we may feel like we are panicking, yet this may simply be a way of going through stress. It is important to focus on recognising events and reactions as stress or panic.

Not allowing yourself run away from a situation is a sure shot way of dealing with panic as this condition the brain to be more accepting and resilient. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor and ask a free question.

These are the methods to treat pimples - •Steam your face to open the pores ,which in turn clear the skin .steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily . • Do not touch your face again & again because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp .Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTSHODHAK syrup of BAIDYANATH company once a day after meals

Go for fasting once a week. You can go for absolute fasting or rely on a liquid diet to digest ama (toxin). Fasting should be followed by hot fomentation or by taking a bath with lukewarm water or steam bath. After fasting and fomentation, mix powdered long pepper, black pepper and dried ginger in equal quantities and take 1 teaspoon of this powdered mix with lukewarm water twice a day. This will help you restore your digestive fire. Take one tablespoon of castor oil before going to bed, once or twice a week. It helps in cleansing ama (toxin) build up and balancing vata. Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. For dry fomentation of the affected joints, take a cloth and fold it into four, fill it with hot and sand make a potli (bag) out of it. Use this bundle for the fomentation of different joints. This is very helpful in reducing pain and swelling.Apply oil on affected joint gently... before fomentation

Never go for fat burner to reduce fat! as they causes harm to your body. Keep check on your food intake, bring changes in your food choices, avoid outside & refined foods. Include some physical activity in your schedule keep yourself motivated through out the day to reduce fat.

Feeding mothers can work on weight reduction after 2 months of baby's birth. - Eat balanced, low calorie, nutritious diet - You only need to cater for 400-500 calories extra for baby. It means just 1.25 times normal diet. - Take lot of milk/products, proteins, vegetables, greens. - Take 2-3 fruits daily. - Take meals/snacks every 2 hours - Have 10-15 almonds daily - Cut down all fried stuff, Puri, Paratha etc. No extra ghee. - Cut down sweets, laddus and similar stuff - No colas or juices - Two glasses salted Nimbu paani daily. + one glass water every hour. - 30 mins brisk walk daily. - Aim for 1 - 2 kg weight loss per month. So within a year you will be back to normal weight. - Stay Healthy Stay Happy.
