I had unprotected sex 2days after finish period and took I pill within 24hrs and I got bleeding after around a week (it was like period) and I missed period for 2 months according to my regular cycle and also I took home pregnancy test 3 times but the results are all negative and I am not having any kind of pregnancy syndrome, what might be problem?

All these problems you are having is because of I pill which makes your menstrual cycle irregular. First of all you must know your fertility period. If you take day 1 as the first day of your period then you can get pregnant between day 10 and day 16. So taking I pill two days after your periods was not needed. Now you have taken it and you got periods after one week, that is the effect of I pill. The effect of I pill stays for about 1-2 months. So be patient and wait and meanwhile do not have sex without condoms.

Hi, continuous masturbation only cause tiredness which leads to weakness. Otherwise it's a habit only. It won't cause anything.

Lobia also known as Black Eyed Beans is very good for health, with a lot of fiber and antioxidants. It has high level of protein content. It is good for people with Diabetes and BP. It can be taken both as boiled or cooked like a regular dal. It is to be soaked for 30 mins and then cooked in pressure cooker for 10-15 minutes.

i have White coloured ulcer on tongue from last 4 months. i took B complex taken. Kindly suggest.

Ulcer from last four month is little more time you first know the cause of ulcer in mouth main reason is said to be Hurry Worry and curry Nutritional deficiencies, Poor dental hygiene, Hormonal imbalance. Maintain good digestion and oral hygiene .apply boroglycerine and take B complex and folic acid tablet twice daily. You need to have precautions. Avoid eating spicy, oily foods and hot beverages. Include fresh fruits containing vitamin C and raw vegetables as part of your diet. Include fresh yogurt, buttermilk, cottage cheese and other dairy products in your diet. Maintain good oral hygiene. Use a soft-bristled toothbrush. Apply honey and turmeric mix on ulcer this helps in reduce scarring and hastens the process of new tissue growth. Reduce your stress levels by activity that you find relaxing, such as yoga, meditation or exercise. Be careful and see dental surgeon and get it checked.

Hello, Take Schwabe’s Alpha-CF and Biocombination-11, both after every 2 hourly for 4 days. Use Bakson's Nasal-Aid spray/ 1-2 sprays after every 4hours. You are having headache due to exposure to loud music and gastric issue,better would be to take meals on time and not to keep too much gap in between your meals,take antacid on an empty stomach in the morning like pan-D ,also drink lots of water,if you have migraine then avoid triggering factors like strongly flavoured food,strong perfumes,cheese,chocolate and extreme climates..

You have erection problem since 1 year. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take lots of water daily. Do meditation for mental strength. Avoid tobacco. Follow this and give me feedback.

If you are surely having fissure then use ointment lox anally before defecation and ointment nitrogesic before defecation and four times a day and use syp cremaffin 4 to 6tsf in night to soft your stool but before that get examined by surgeon.

For good sleep, just try out these simple ways - 1. Stick to a sleep schedule- Go to bed and get up at the same time every day. Try to limit the difference in your sleep schedule on weeknights and weekends to no more than one hour. Being consistent reinforces your body's sleep-wake cycle. If you don't fall asleep within about 20 minutes, leave your bedroom and do something relaxing. Read or listen to soothing music. Go back to bed when you're tired. Repeat as needed. 2. Pay attention to what you eat and drink - Don't go to bed hungry or stuffed. In particular, avoid heavy or large meals within a couple of hours of bedtime. Your discomfort might keep you up. Nicotine, caffeine and alcohol deserve caution, too. 3. Create a restful environment - Avoid prolonged use of light-emitting screens just before bedtime. Consider using room-darkening shades, earplugs, a fan or other devices to create an environment that suits your needs. Doing calming activities before bedtime, such as taking a bath or using relaxation techniques, might promote better sleep. 4. Limit daytime naps - Long daytime naps can interfere with nighttime sleep. If you choose to nap, limit yourself to up to 30 minutes and avoid doing so late in the day. 5. Include physical activity in your daily routine - Regular physical activity can promote better sleep 6. Manage worries - Try to resolve your worries or concerns before bedtime. Stress management might help. Start with the basics, such as getting organized, setting priorities and delegating tasks. Meditation also can ease anxiety. Identifying and treating any underlying causes can help you get the better sleep you deserve. If above things doesn't help you, then consult us for homeopathic medicines.
