Dear , Anxiety and OCD are mental disorders and not mental diseases. Medicines alone cannot cure mental disorders. Mental disorders need brain re-programming. Psychotherapy, meditation, change in life style etc help you achieve brain reprogramming. Give me more details about your anxiety and OCD. Be as detailed as possible. Take care.

Plan a healthy summer diet for your child:
As the temperatures begin to soar, it is quite likely that your child's energy is getting drained out completely.
As the temperatures begin to soar, it is quite likely that your child's energy is getting drained out completely.
Set a routine
So what if your child doesn't have school during this season? Make sure that he/she eats the meals on time. "If your kid is an early riser, have breakfast between eight and nine in the morning, eat lunch between one to two in the afternoon and complete dinner by nine, if you want to put your child to sleep early"
Make easy-to-digest meals
While your child might have the urge to reach out for a packet of chips, avoid preparing heavy, oily fare. After all, summer is a time when your kid is going to be out in the sun and eating a heavy meal before or after exhaustive physical exercise can lead to nausea. Instead, make simple home cooked meals like rice and dal along with cucumber salad, etc.

Get innovative with milk
While milk is the most essential source of calcium and must be included in your child's diet, forcing a glass of milk down his/her throat won't do you any good. "Give milk in form of lassi, buttermilk or opt for fruit milkshakes"

Choose fresh fare
During this season, food gets stale very fast. If your kid's academic year hasn't ended yet, avoid giving cut fruits and vegetables in tiffin boxes as bacterial growth accelerates in cut produce and may lead to gastric disturbances.

Stock up on summer fruits
According to nutrition expert Pallavi Patange, parents should stock up on lots of summer fruits, because eating them will help prevent kids from developing any vitamin and mineral deficiencies. "A slice of watermelon, berries, mango, oranges, lychee, etc keep kids hydrated through the summer" she adds. In order to ensure your kid is having enough water through the day, fill up a bottle of water containing glucose and ask your kid to carry it at all times.

Get creative with recipes
"Kids love it when food is presented to them in an interesting manner. Make aam panna and add fresh mint leaves to it" says Krishnan. Patange adds, "You should avoid giving your child any kind of drinks bought from stalls as you don't know where the water comes from" Instead, dish out delicious fruit popsicles at home.

With all be prepared to face the up coming summer.
Take care

I'm a 17 year old female. I'm just 4'9 and I wish I could find something that helps in increasing my height. Thanks.

I'm a 17 year old female. I'm just 4'9 and I wish I could find something that helps in increasing my height. Thanks.
I understand you concern for gaining height and worries about short height .No you cannot increase your natural & genetic height. It is pointless to worry about your height and even if parents have height the children may not get the same height as the genetics can undergo changes called mutation and parental traits need not be fully transferred to children. Your height is what you have you have got by your chromosomes and genes and is unchangeable or it can be said that your height is your GOD given height Understand that it is not the physical height which makes a person great but on the other hand it is the value or height of his achievement in his life that make him stand at an increased height in SOCIETY and make him feel proud where physical height is immaterial. A lot of people are crazy to increase height and a person’s height is his genetic trait and we cannot in fact modify it. There are many false advertisements claiming to have magical formula for increasing height which are nothing but money making and misleading advertisements .There are no safe allopathic / unani / homeo drugs or diet plans or surgery or any medical /magical methods and exercises to increase or decrease height and it is the genetic trait of a person and is based on parental height. There is no magical remedy for height modification. Many products marketed as height increasing products are false claims and will only take your money away. You learn to live with what height you have genetically got and many great men in history were not tall and they are known for and famous for their great deeds .Understand that it is not the physical height of anyone but his or her great achievement is hailed by others or society.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA dailly. *Drink 7 -8 glass of water daily . • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp .Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water . • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.
