I recently gained back all the fat I've lost so far in the 2 months that I've been exercising. Is that normal? I've been using Shaun T's focus t25 to exercise. So I exercise 25 mins a day and I have been avoiding junk food. So I don't know what's the problem. It's just frustrating that I've been working so hard to get to where I want to be and this happens.

Hi. As I see it, the core problem with following such hyped program as you mentioned, is that you tend to think that just 25-30 mins workout will solve all your problems in one go. Also when you follow such over. Rated programs your diet becomes too calorie rich in the hope that shaun. Workout will take care of all issues. 1. Any hiit workout is good. 2. Variety creates more challenge for body. 3.30 mins is not sufficient for weight loss despite all those promises. 4. In your case you need to do 60+30 - total 90 mins a day. 5.25, mins workout can at max burn about 300 cals which is about a tea+ samosa worth cals. 6. Start jogging apart from workouts. 7. Monitor your calories with myfitnesspal app. 8" there is no failure, there is only feedback" 9. Look for different solutions if one is not working. 10. Never give up.

Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day.

Hello, there are different types of laser therapies (like nd-yag, quantum ipl, etc.) for hair removal treatment which are available in the market. So, you can visit any of the dermatologist or the clinic/ hospitals which specialises in these treatments. Get it done from a renowned and an expert hands only. Frequent number of sittings are required for hair removal (single sitting is not sufficient) which is recommended as per the type of machine they do have and the indian and the type of hair & skin you have. The reslts vary from person to person and it makes the hair more thinner, finer like a vellus hair which is not much visible or noticable and the more importantly they become bleachable! rate depends upon the size of the area to be treated, the no. Of sittings required and the machine which would be used for this purpose. (e. G: may start from rs. 500-700 per sitting for upper lips area and so on). (if there is any underlying medical condition like hormonal imbalance, would need more number of sittings and or there after maintenance for long time). Avoid laser in case of pregnancy and lactation.

All green vegetables especially leafy ones are good for you, unless you suffer from high uric acid levels. Before cooking or preparing salad you should wash the veggies thoroughly with clean water see if they contain any imperfections Time of sleep varies from person to person. Therefore I suggest not to lie down immediately after dinner, at least an hour should be spent either taking a walk or stroll, at least do not be idle for an hour.

Dear siraj, it appears that you are having allergic rhinitis. Since it happens every morning or when you sleep it is most likely due to dust. Please see to it that you avoid dust. I would suggest that you change the bedsheet on which you sleep every day or put a fresh towel or a bed sheet atleast on the pillow you take. This will restrict the dust inhalation and you will should feel better. Regarding body weight for 167.5 cm 50 kgs is not overweight. Do you feel bloated or puffy? it might be due to lack of sleep and allergy. Please do the changes suggested it should help you.
