First of all check your sole of sports shoes secondly check your gait/walking pattern & posture. Do hot fomentation, stretching & strengthening exercises of calf & thigh muscles.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Hi, you have to do back strengthening exercises. Your back pain will be subsided. You have to do it minimum for 2 months.

I am a 63 yrs old retired engineer. My both hands' fingers esp thumb and fore fingers are numbness ie less feeling always feeling pressed ie uncomfortable. Its there for now 3 yrs. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

avoid forward bending. do back exercise{ back stretching, while lying on back}, take balance diet. take milk and good quality protein. eggs, paneer, pulses. maintain your posture when ever working on computer. it will help you.

Pls consult a physician as quite a few times things take a turn for the worst. U need to see to it that he has adequate nutrition to help him cope n recuperate. Light regular small meals plus fluids eg water, juice,ors. Oral rehydration salt used as per instructions. Hope your brother gets well soon. Rgds.

Neck pains are caused by tight muscles in the neck so what you have to do to get rid of the pain is to release the muscles in your neck. Once released the pains will be gone. Here is what I did to get my neck muscles released: Neck Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your head. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. After 45 seconds, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds. With your neck in the lowered position, replace your thumbs in under the ears and your fingers behind your head but right next to your skull this time. Press your fingers and thumbs together again and hold. Relax your body while waiting. When the muscles have all released, slowly lift your head until it’s level again, release the pressure but hold your head like that for another 30 seconds. That should help a lot but you may need to do it more than once.
