High protein and low carbohydrate diet will be useful. Take 6-7 small meals rather than 3 big meals. Avoid sweets, fried foods, fast foods like pizzas, burgers, fried mixtures, cookies, maida biscuits etc. Have a high fibre diet like whole grain/multigrain chapatis/brown/multigrain bread, green leafy vegetables, whole pulses, full fruits (instead of fruit juices. In vegetables avoid potato, yam, colocassia, in fruits avoid mango, banana, cheeku, avocado (butter fruit)

I generally use condom while doing intercourse. I ejaculate in less than a minute time when doing intercourse in night before sleeping. Whereas doing it in morning around 4_6 I last longer for about 5_10 mins. If I don't use condom I last in less then a minute times whether in night or in morning. I do masturbate by lying on bed and contracting my penis on bed. Pls suggest me medicines or exercises to get rid of PME.

First of all you need to change your eating habits and life style. Do not eat spicy, fried, fatty, high protein and junk foods. Avoid eating anything atleast two hours before you sleep. Eat lots of high fibre diet like salad. For acute problem you can take tab rantac 150 mg twice daily empty stomach till you get relieved. You can also take gelusil syrup after food if you feel burning sensation in your stomach area.

Penis size usually does not matter for satisfaction but I you have doubt, get checked by doctor. Now for satisfaction, apart from size many other things matter. Try to avoid anxiety and any disharmony. Give time in foreplay. If that does not work, consult doctor.

Hi, Your body is doing what it was made to do. Wet dreams are nothing to feel guilty about, so don't beat yourself up over something that's a perfectly normal function of your body. Home remedies for nightfall: -Individuals suffering from the condition can also opt to drink a glass of fresh bottle gourd juice every day, preferably at night in order to prevent nightfall. -Grind some fenugreek leaves or seeds and extract the juice. Add some water to the juice (one cup to 2 tbsp.). Add a few drops of honey for taste as well. Drink the juice before bed time every day to curb nightfall effectively. -Drinking a glass of warm almond milk at night before going to bed can relax the mind and body, and literally lull you to sleep and is one of the best known home remedies for recurrent wet dreams. Management: -Sleep on your back. -Wear loose fitting clothes . -Avoid spicy foods and stimulants (coffee and other substances that contain caffeine, especially late at night). -It'll be much easier to control your sexual urges if you avoid pornography, sexual programming on television, and other media. Fill your time with enriching, fulfilling activities and avoid dwelling on thoughts of sex. -Try practicing yoga. -Develop a healthy relationship with sex. If you're sexually active, communicate with your partner to maintain a healthy and open sexual relationship that keeps you both fulfilled. In some cases, big changes or stressful periods reportedly produce more wet dreams than at other more relaxed periods of leisure. Make sure you get enough sleep and exercise, and take time off from your busy schedule to relax and do things that you enjoy. Pick up new hobbies to fill your free time with fun activities and relax when you get the chance to relax. Medication: Phosphoric Acid 30/ thrice daily for 4 weeks. For premature ejaculation: Premature ejaculation occurs when a man experiences orgasm and expels semen soon after sexual activity and with minimal penile stimulation. Most cases of premature ejaculation do not have a clear cause. With sexual experience and age, men often learn to delay orgasm. Premature ejaculation may occur with a new partner. It may happen only in certain sexual situations or if it has been a long time since the last ejaculation. Psychological factors such as anxiety, guilt, or depression can also cause it. In some cases, it may be related to a medical cause such as hormonal problems, injury, or a side effect of certain medicines. Men with premature ejaculation often report emotional and relationship distress. Medication: You don’t need to take male enhancement pills with never-before heard ingredients. I am suffering from neurofibromatodis and affected area is my back portion and one or two on face. I want to know whether it can be cured or stopped further growth.

Till now no specific treatment for neurofibromatosis except surgical excision of lesion if it is producing pain or any nerve compression. Some experimental medicines are there to reduce the growth, but these can not be prescribed you at this point unless their efficacy become well proven.
