If this is the febrile condition then underlying cause of fever need to be known, but first thing you need to do is the read the body temperature at every 4 hours and keep the record of it for two days and show it to physician, some time it may not be fever but just a worm feeling fever due to any pathology or infection runs for two month without any complications are less likely.

Drink plenty of warm fluids. Drinking warm fluids helps to loosen the secretions in your sinuses so that your mucus flows more freely, making you feel better faster. Studies show that drinking warm fluids relieves cold symptoms such as runny nose, cough, sneezing, sore throat, and fatigue.

It can be viral fever or fever due to other reasons. So wait for today. Just take paracetamol tablets when fever. Increase fluid intake. Like fruit juices. Coconut water. Ors. When fever comes do cold sponging. But if fever will come tomorrow also then you have to start oral antibiotics.

It is a normal phenomenon. It is called nasal cycling. At any given time, we are mostly breathing through one nostril only. You can test yourself at any time. You will find that most of your breathing is through one nostril only. Usually, people do not notice any change except when they are having cold, running nose etc. If the patient has noticed it even when there is no cold, then it probably is first time observation by patient or patient has hypertrophied turbinates. But, it is unlikely to be hypertrophied turbinates since you are saying it has started both sides at the same time. You have merely made an observation of something that has always been happening.

I get congestion problem every 6-7 months due to which I have slight breathing problem. And when I cough my body starts hurting for which I use a chest belt to avoid the pain. I was diagnosed with acute bronchitis earlier is there a permanent solution for this.

Please ask one by one: Typically, malaria produces fever, headache, vomiting and other flu-like symptoms. Complicated malaria may cause anemia, jaundice, fits, unconsciousness, cerebral fever etc. For diagnosis of malaria there are two type tests available; one is RDK Rapid Diagnositc Kit (less reliable); Other one is Peripheral smear of blood.
