I am 29 years and female and 1 am 5 weeks pregnant. I did a HCG test and its 89.48 and I consult my doctor she told me I'm pregnant and recently I when and visit my doctor in the evening and she did my urine test and it show negative and she told me that it can be a chemical pregnancy or tubal pregnancy. I did another home test in the morning and it's positive so I'm really confused what to do? I don't have any symptoms like bleeding, cramp and nausea what should I do?

Hello, For 5 weeks your hcg levels are really low. It confirms that you are pregnant but there is a likelihood that foetus may not be viable. You need to get a serial betahcg test done to confirm viability of the pregnancy.

Sexual Health: How To Warm Up And Warm Down?

Sexual Health: How To Warm Up And Warm Down?

How to Warm Up and Warm Down the Penis Naturally for Penis Enlargement Exercises?

Penis enlargement exercises are considered to be great - if not the best - options to enlarge a man's penis in today's day and age. However, in order for these penis enlargement exercises to actually succeed, it would be absolutely essential for you to warm up your penis beforehand and warm down afterwards.

The same way that you would warm up and warm down before running for a few miles or doing heavy deadlifts; that is how you must warm up and warm down your penis before and after doing any sort of exercise routine with it. Here are a few instructions on how to ensure a successful warm-up and warm-down with your precious manhood in order to get the best results and the most gains in the long run.

To warm up your manhood before doing your penis enlargement exercises, grab a soft and absorbent washcloth and soak it in hot water. Then, take the washcloth and squeeze out any excess and dripping liquid from it, if any, and touch it close to your penis to test whether you can take the heat emanating from it or not. If you can, you should then massage your manhood until it becomes semi-erect.

Once you have a semi-erection as needed, wrap the washcloth around your entire penis, including its head and hold it there for around 5 minutes. This will ensure that your manhood absorbs the necessary heat to relax all of the tissues inside of it. Once the 5 minutes are up, you can remove the washcloth and use a new, soft and dry to completely dry off your penis.

Warming up your manhood before doing penis enlargement exercises is absolutely essential since doing so will send more blood into your penis to prepare it for the upcoming exercises. The heat and the moisture will also help the skin of your penis become easier to grip, which would be absolutely vital if you don't plan on using any lubricants for your exercises.

After doing each of your exercises, it would also be vital for you to warm down. After all, some exercises can really take a toll on a man's penis with all of the pressure, stretching and pulling involved. Applying some heat after each exercise would therefore be vital to send more blood into the penis and bring the proper feelings back.

Besides, your manhood works just like any other muscle works. In other words, the tissues inside of it will need to rebuild and relax to speed up cell growth and cell repair. In order to make this happen, a simple warm washcloth and a basic massage can do a lot of good.

To start your warm-down, use a soothing lotion or cream right after finishing your penis enlargement exercises for the day and massage your manhood with it. Ideally, your movements should flow deeply and rhythmically across the whole shaft from the base to the tip. Do this for around a minute and keep in mind that your goal is to warm down your penis instead of warming it up.

To finish, soak your washcloth into some hot water once again and then wrap it around your whole penis afterwards. The heat should be soothing after your penis enlargement exercises and help repair any damage that might have been caused during your routine. The same way that athletes have to warm down after their exercises; that's how you should warm down after your penile exercises. Use this time to help rebuild your tissues and muscles and do the same thing every time you exercise your penis to ensure the best results and get the most gains in the long run.

3 Ways To Treat Ectopic Pregnancy!

MBBS Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, MS

3 Ways To Treat Ectopic Pregnancy!

An ectopic pregnancy takes place in the case when the completely fertilized egg attaches itself to a place outside the inner side of the uterus. Ectopic pregnancy is also called tubal pregnancy because in most cases, it takes place in the Fallopian tube. Usually, the Fallopian tubes are not responsible for holding an embryo, which keeps on growing. Hence, the egg has no scope to develop in the Fallopian tube. This problem must be treated as soon as possible to avoid further complications. Here are several ways of treating ectopic pregnancy.

  1. Expectant management: In case you are not experiencing any symptoms of pregnancy or the pregnancy cannot be found, close observation is required. This is known as expectant management. You should conduct regular blood tests and follow them up in order to detect, whether the hCG level in your blood is ascending or descending. You are likely to have vaginal bleeding. Use pads and towels instead of tampons. Pain in your tummy is also indicated.
  2. Proper medication: In case ectopic pregnancy is detected at an early stage and constant monitoring is not suitable for you, a medicine by the name of methotrexate can be used for treatment. The medicine stops this pregnancy from developing. It is usually injected into your buttocks. Regular blood tests must be carried out to know how the treatment is taking shape on your condition. Trusted contraception measures should be taken for three months following the treatment as methotrexate is very harmful for an infant in case you become pregnant. Keep away from alcohol, as the combination of methotrexate with alcohol is harmful to the liver.
  3. Surgical means: The most common mode of surgery for removing ectopic pregnancy during an early stage is laparoscopy or keyhole surgery. While a laparoscopy is carried out, you will be in a state of anesthesia. A narrow tube or the laparoscope is inserted through surgical cuts in the tummy. The Fallopian tube, which had the ectopic pregnancy is totally removed in case the other Fallopian tube is functioning well. Else the pregnancy has to be somehow removed without cutting off the Fallopian tube. Removal of the Fallopian tube is the best remedy for treating ectopic pregnancy and getting pregnant again is also possible. It takes a normal woman almost six weeks to recover after the surgery. Laparotomy is another kind of surgery carried out to repair a ruptured Fallopian tube.

lybrate-user ji, Thanks for the query. The reference values for OGTT during pregnancy are like as shown:" According to these criteria the diagnosis of GDM is made if there is at least one abnormal value (≥92, 180 and 153 mg/dl for fasting, one-hour and two-hour plasma glucose concentration respectively), after a 75 g oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT: From those it is clear that your OGTT values after 1 hour and 2 hours are higher, suggesting presence of GDM (Gestational diabetes). It is necessary to maintain glucose values between 90 to 120 mg through out the day, for having a healthy baby, to prevent large baby and to get the desired outcome of pregnancy. So there is a need for looking at your diet and also there may be a need for Insulin injections to achieve lower glucose levels, till the completion of pregnancy. Thanks.

My wife has endometriosis cyst about 6 cm and I want lapro surgery how much it costs in jammu area.

Hello dear lybrate-user, hi Warm welcome to Lybrate.com I have evaluated your query for Rabiya thoroughly.* There must be enough hormonal medicine trial for period of 3 - 6 months rather than jumping on surgery directly, as there are fantastic results of cyst dissolution with hormone treatments.* Surgery is the last option if no resolution after enough precise treatment. Hope this clears your query. Wishing her fine recovery. Welcome for any further assistance. Regards take care.
