Winter Care

As winters are approaching one has started experiencing dryness and itching due to this. It also causes deterioration of skin ailments like psoriasis, atopy, pmle etc. Simple thumb rule is keep moisturising your skin.
Always wear a good medicated sunscreen preferably gel based for oily skin type and cream based for a dry skin type. Take good care of skin. Keep yourself well hydrated even if you don't feel thirsty. Also eat right.
Say no to junk food or have them rarely.
Take good seasonal citrus fruits.
Take antioxidants and multivitamins. These simple care will definitely benefit you.

During sexual intercourse if wife is unable to discharge. If there is possibility of fertilization of ovum.
Hi, Fertilization of ovum has nothing to do with 'discharge of wife'. If you have ejaculated during intercourse in the vagina, there is always chance of fertilization irrespective of your wife's response. Take care!

Hello, IF pregnancy is ruled out then the delay is most likely stress induced. Just wait and watch for a week for menses to start naturally.

It is important for pregnant women to keep their teeth clean. Germs from mother's teeth can enter into the blood of mother and affect the child.

Greetings. My daughter is 3.5 months old and my wife is 30 years old. Lately, it seems our baby is not getting enough milk from her mother so as per my mom's advise, we mixed half boiled water in equal amount of cow's milk and tried spoon feeding her in a steel vessel. However, my baby is not drinking that spoon needed milk as she has a habit keeping her tongue out. Due to this, she is crying (not frequent though), usually she cries only when she wants to sleep. My mom says we shouldn't feed baby with nipple bottle as it is not good for teeth and hygiene issues are their too. I request expert pediatrician or any doctor who can comment on my below questions. 1. What can we do in this case so baby's hunger gets satisfied completely? I mean what ideally we should do? 2. For how many hours out of 24 hours, a baby sleeps which is less than 6 months old? Any suggestions are highly appreciated, thank you in advance.

Greetings.
My daughter is 3.5 months old and my wife is 30 years old. Lately, it seems our baby is not getting enough...
This is my personal experience as I have a 1.4 years old baby.. My wife also didn't had proper milk... and it is a very frequent situation... You may give Lactogen power.. it is very safe and good..my baby is healthy as any other and the powder is almost equal to the mothers milk in the nutritive value.. As per my knowledge it is not advisable to give cow's milk in early years of life... And you may give her milk through nipple and it does not have any effect on teeth... as it is same as mother's nipple... Again about hygien then you may sterilize with boiling water everytime you want to give milk... For more you may consult and i will guide you...
